On 8/9/22 in the restaurant, I was walking into the restaurant peacefully and I told one male worker who sounded like he had a British accent that I was picking up an Uber Eats delivery order for a customer’s name that I could not pronounce and I showed all the information that was on the order but he pretended that he wasn’t able to see what was on it and told me I must verbally tell him the name that I had trouble pronouncing in a very disorderly way. Then, he told me it was going to take about 5 minutes for the order to be ready and told me to have a seat and wait in front of a family of 5. I told him I would rather stand and wait. I then minded my own business, then the worker got very triggered quickly and angrily barked orders at me multiple times telling me to go sit down and wait for the order like everyone else is doing. What if someone does not choose to sit down? That’s the person’s choice, not yours! You don’t tell other people where to sit or stand. That’s disrespectful and very rude. Then he refused service to me and told me to “get lost and send a different driver to pick up the customer” in front of the whole restaurant. Like how much sense does it make? You are supposed to be courteous and professional, not rude, disrespectful and disorderly. This male Karen worker and tyrant needs to be held accountable for his actions towards his customers. This will be my first and last time I will be returning to this corrupt and...
Read moreMy wife invited me to lunch with some of her coworkers, they decided to try there, and I ordered by phone a little before they opened so that they would be working on our food before we arrived, even so, I was warned that the order would be ready In about 20 minutes, after a few minutes of waiting, we wanted to change the order to take out, because it would not give them time to eat and be able to be back to work on time. It was there that when we asked about the change, we received bad treatment and a bad attitude from the person who attends, claiming that they had other large orders to attend and that we made them waste time, even after we apologize for what happened a couple of times, A lady came to tell us that we should pay them more for some reason that we could not hear well, we asked her to repeat but she did not do it and she returned to the kitchen, we had our food and we left, this is not a complaint about the food Which was not bad, but the treatment we received, if they were full it was not our fault, things happen and if you are not prepared to reconsider what you are doing, I do not like bad reviews but this was necessary because of...
Read moreWhere to start: What a FANTASTIC place! My husband is a regular here (lucky!) since he works nearby, and over the weekend he took me here for lunch.
The owners were so friendly and chatty about their time living in Morocco and the UK. We ordered Gyro combo plates ($8.50/ea) that comes with a gyro, a salad, and a drink. That's a steal for the quality of food they serve and the portions.
The food was wonderful. My husband got a gyro with the Mediterranean Salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, feta, kalamata olives, olive oil, and lemon juice,) and I got the house-made pasta salad (pasta, homemade ranch, and a slight hint of mint which was surprisingly great.)
The food was so good and the owners were so friendly that two days later (Labor Day,) we returned. This time we got the Gyro platters. It came with a salad, rice, and gyros. We opted to get two salads instead of rice. It was A LOT of food! Had we known how much food there would be, we would have shared. We also sampled the stuffed grape leaves, and they were just as good as when a friend's dad (Greek) had made them for me in the past.
We will definitely be returning here as often...
