I booked this location for my girlfriend’s birthday celebration and I was definitely upset on how everything turned out. I communicated with the staff for about a week straight just to make sure everything we requested was put in place and that everything was secured. I booked the VIP room with the hookah and gaming however I arrived it was a small corner in the establishment, there wasn’t a room at all just a corner with a couch and a few chairs. I consistently advised that I had over 25 people attending and was told multiple times that everyone would be accommodated for. I was also told that I would receive a bottle with chaser however I was charged for chaser per person which was something I asked over and over and was lied to. When I arrived I was questioned on why I didn’t rent out the entire establishment and I told them no one ever stated I could and that would be my best option. There wasn’t a table for me to set up food and decorations. They do not have a area for pizza at all. I was also charged for for others drinks and hookahs when I specifically stated that this was my reservation and no one needs to be included in my tab outside the birthday girl. Please make sure you if chose to book a bio section that they actually are truthful on what you are receiving. The establishment is very small, the bar is just a receptionist desk with liquor behind it. They will be nice to you making it seem like everyone is all taken care of however it wasn’t at all and I paid over $500 for a small corner, hookahs that barley pulled , a bottle and chairs to be scooted in a corner suitable for over 25 people. It’s not even about the money it’s the simple fact that people will try to get over on you versus just saying they cannot accommodate you and then handing you a tab with charges you specifically stated to not authorize . Just wow! For my husband's birthday, we were going to rent a hotel in the Buckhead area and enjoy the city life for one night since we live in Marietta. However, after much thought, we decided to just enjoy and explore the local spots around us. However, I did NOT want to visit the same mundane places that we've visited in the past, most of which are located in the Kennesaw area. I wanted him to do something different but still enjoy his hookah. So I searched, and searched and I STRUCK GOLD! I still wasn't sure, although the reviews were good, but I surprised my husband on the night of his birthday and he could not stop smiling. He just grinned from ear to ear the entire night asking me how on earth did I find this place near our home. We immediately texted our family and friends and let them know about the gem we visited that night. Our friends have since visited and they too share our sentiments on this place. I'm very particular about the places I visit, especially during covid, but this place was clean, the atmosphere was inviting, the music was enjoyable-but not overbearing, the bathrooms were unique and CLEAN, and our hostess was phenomenal. I knew after leaving that I was going to write this review because others around here need to know that there is more to our area than the same old hookah lounges that we've been going to that have gone down in quality and customer service. I went here yesterday on a family date with my husband and my cousin after getting dinner in the city. We saw this place on tik Tok. All I can say is I’ll be coming back again and again and again and again . The host from the time we walked in was warming. Greeted us with a smile. Gave us information on the package and etc. as let us know that have a BYOB and you only pay a 10 fee which was greet because we only drink expensive champagne. My husband and cousin played the ps5. We had the vip area which is niceeeeeee. Loved it . If you come on a date with another couple the girls will definitely have things to do like take pics lol which is what I did .
