We placed an order via the app. The thin, tiny pieces of bacon on the two bacon, gouda, egg sandwiches were uncooked. The bacon was so small, that it didn’t look anything like the item in the picture. That’s what prompted me to look under the bread as there didn’t appear to be any bacon on it. I’m glad that I did because I would’ve been sick. My bacon was raw and my niece’s was undercooked. I called and spoke to Chad who was apologetic and offered to remake them for us if we could come back. My niece went to get the remade version. She let who I later discovered was Kari, know how I like my bacon cooked. She noticeably increased the time on the oven/microwave for my sandwich giving it a few more seconds than my niece’s. When I received my food, the thin, tiny pieces of bacon on my sandwich were cooked. However, I was unable to bite into the sandwich because the top piece of bread was too hard. I literally couldn’t tear it apart due to the texture. I called. Kari answered the phone. I explained to her that the bacon was cooked, but I was unable to bite into the top piece of bread. Kari, who stated that she warmed the sandwich, denied cooking the sandwich longer than the other which is impossible due to the results. Kari also felt the need to tell me that she cooks the sandwiches open faced all of the time and has never heard about the bread being too hard. Like I explained to Kari, I don’t know or care about what anyone else has said about their bread. My bread on my sandwich that I received today was too hard and I couldn’t even bite into it. She said that was a first. After a few moments of unnecessary back and forth, I was asked if I’d be coming back in. I let her know that we wouldn’t be able to make a third trip there today. She offered to give my niece (whose app was used to place the order), a free sandwich of choice the next time she was in the area. I frequent this location due to the convenience using my own app. Just FYI for Kari, if a sandwich is cooked open-faced and nothing is on top, then the bread that’s standing alone will be cooked more than a sandwich warmed after being put together. The bread will be even harder if the time is increased. I’m not sure why she was being so defensive and argumentative. That’s unnecessarily poor customer service. If I could, I would have driven back up there just to take Kari the bread, so that she could...
Read moreOne thing for sure a lot of the baristas have become like family. As soon as they see me or my car by the time I get in there my items are made and ready for me. They make me feel welcomed. Unfortunately, depending on the time of day, some of the baristas are not as pleasant. I walked in the other night and was not acknowledged and when they did they just went right into taking my order. Secondly, my drinks are terrible in the latter part of the day. But in the morning I can say that no matter who makes my drinks my girls and Bryson got me. Lastly, I had my usual danish this morning and it was not good. It was halfway heated no crunch like normal and some of it was cold. Not happy about that at all. Presley, Alana, Bryson, Kami, and Rida to name a few that I absolutely adore. Thank you all for making my Starbucks experience...
Read moreOrdered a Venti Iced Mint Tea with honey. A different person that took my order promptly informed me on the intercom that they don’t make their Mint tea iced, only hot. Jess stated they could serve it to me hot and give me a separate cup of ice so I make my own. I told her I’ve always ordered it that way at their establishment and have never had any issues. She asked me to pull around, I paid while she shot dirty looks and eye rolls at me. After driving off and sipping my tea it was not it’s usual yummy ness. They served me Iced Mint Tea with Peppermint Syrup. I’ve had other issues with this particular store, I won’t be back. My request of an iced tea is not outlandish, if that can’t be accommodated with the correct order and a smile then I will spend my hard earned money where I am...
