We ordered the food for takeout so I can’t speak to the ambiance/atmosphere of the restaurant. The husband said they were busy when he went to pickup the food. The portions were large and food was good. Just a few things that prevent a 5 star rating. 1. I ordered celery and blue cheese - they were out of stock on celery so they gave me carrots. I like carrots, but I wanted celery. Not the end of the world, but I really wanted celery. 2. It costs extra to get sauce on the side vs on your wings? Seems like nickeling and diming me. I can afford the $1, but I think it’s annoying. The husband got sauce on his chicken tenders and his tenders were drowned in sauce. I’m glad I paid the extra $1 for sauce on the side because I would have been *really* unhappy about how much sauce was doused on the protein. 3. I ordered chocolate mousse cake, and either the definition is off or someone gave me the wrong slice of cake. What I got was a chocolate chip cake with icing similar to a cannoli so I would call what I received a slice of cannoli cake. It most definitely was not a chocolate mousse anything. That said, it was good….but again, not what I actually ordered. Or if they consider what I ordered to be “chocolate mousse” - they should rename or rethink definitions. All said, we would eat here again or order for takeout. The fries and onion rings were really great and the husband was happy with the mozzarella sticks

I recently visited Birdies Wings and More, and it was an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and really went out of their way to ensure I had a great time. I decided to try the buffalo chicken wrap this time, but I usually stick to their hot lemon pepper wings, which are always a hit. No matter what I order, I always get the fries, and they never disappoint. The hand-cut fries are perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Birdies also does a fantastic job with catering. I had a business meeting that required last-minute catering, and the staff was incredibly helpful in setting everything up quickly. They provided plenty of great deals to keep the cost low, making it very affordable while still delivering delicious food. If you’re looking for a place with great food, friendly service, and catering options, Birdies Wings and More is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

During my work visit to the area, I stumbled upon this gem for lunch, and it exceeded all expectations! This eatery offers not only classic wings but also a delightful selection of regionally-inspired dishes. The BBQ pulled pork fries, a special during my visit, were a standout, boasting a perfect blend of flavors. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring my experience was top-notch. In addition to the fries, I couldn't resist trying their signature wings, which were flawlessly crispy with a range of delectable sauces. To cap off the meal, the staff recommended their rotating selection of cakes, and the slice I chose was divine. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot; it offers fantastic value for money and an unforgettable culinary experience.

I'm not sure what is the appeal to this pace. I've lived in this area for year and this was my third and final attempt with this place. The wings are ok nothing special and the fries have been soggy each time I have ordered but what pisses me off the most is the poor customer service I somehow always seem to get. I hate to see or hear people pull the race card but yes I am a person of color but I'm a red blooded American born and raised and while my family is from India I have live in the US all my life. My wife is classic Irish so red hair and so are out daughter's from her first marriage. My money is green and I always tip well no matter the service because I've waited tables and after a 20 year career I can afford to pay it back. I just have no idea what is the problem with the staff here. I'd call out the waitress but it would not even matter because she didn't give her name and she treated me the same way the other two waitress did before that. The wings have been overpriced for years now even before the great chicken wing hike but this was my last time going here. I have been better received at Rodney's down the street and even Rodney himself has come out welcomed me and that ked me for my service. I've noticed the same consists t attitude and lack of attention whenever I have gone here which is odd because my oldest daughter here biyf9and his dad have gone here and said they always have the friendly service but somehow I have not had that experience each time I have been here. I held off on posting this for years but this was my last try. I can give more specific on the comments and attitude but I'm sure my wife would prefer to loony what she has seen since it was she that has noticed the repative treatment that has been given to me directly each time I...

What horrible service from the manager Abby, over the phone and in person. I ordered potatoe skins here which I've done several times before and have received burnt bacon at times so now I am sure to ask to ensure it is not burnt. This time Abby tells me the bacon is precooked. When I arrive to pick up my potatoe skins and check them there is less than half the amount of bacon on them than usual, so I show her the potatoe skins and ask for more bacon. They usually come covered with bacon pieces. These had barely 2 pieces of bacon on them and she tells me the bacon is covered by the cheese and then proceeded to tell me I could pay for more. I politely hand her back the container and so no thank you I won't do that and I'll just leave without them. To which she responds with we're going to refuse service! I simply tell her what are you refusing when I am not purchasing? When I ask for the manager she tells me she is. I told her how inappropriate she has been from the time I placed the order over the phone to now and she tells me not to come back. It's pretty mind blowing to me how inconsiderate managers in customer facing business can act toward paying customers. I have patronized this business for years but I'll never again! And I absolutely will spread the word to all I know in the area because of this incident! Do better people! When customers spend their hard earned money on goods and services they deserve to be treated as if they're appreciated and their business matters to...
