Starbucks — Restaurant in Georgia

I placed an order 5 minutes before I arrived at Kroger. I went in, filled a prescription and walked towards the Starbucks counter. No drink, no employees behind the counter. A young guy with glasses sitting at the table eating tostino chips and wearing a plain black t-shirt said nothing to me and got up to make my drink. Said nothing to me while he made it and handed it to me silently. I get that you want to take a break or rest for a minute, but at least acknowledge me. It felt rude and the employee acted as if I interrupted his break time. My girlfriend, when I told her, said she has had issues with the same employee. When my boyfriend and i first got there there were two people infront of us that were waiting for over 30 minutes and they still did not get their coffee. One lady asked for her money back and one of the workers had a little attitude about it. The other waited another 10 minutes before she got her coffee. The time we were there the workers were talking and goofing off and not doing their job. Totally inconsistent results. No foam no whip gets you 3/4 cup of coffee..totally irritating. I want it to be a full cup of coffee at the prices that are charged.
