I walked into this place while a Caucasian lady was placing an order. Johnny, subway worker looked up at me and didn't acknowledge me there. I used the restroom then back to place my order. Johnny and customer were discussing subway rewards and he gave her a card, even asked if she had prev points. Now my turn, no hello or nothing or what would you like. I told him what I wanted. He never gave me options. He just went for yellow egg until I asked for egg white then he looked bothered/upset that I even talked to him. I wanted to just walk out but I wanted to know how it was going to plan out. Got my order then sarcastically he asked if I wanted coffee or the drink. Ordered through the app. Arrived at my designated time and order wasn’t ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes before I was told that my order wouldn’t be started until the line of waiting customers was done (line nearly going out the door). At this point, my lunch break was over and I was unable to wait. I did not receive my food and did not even have the option to get a refund in the store.
