This review is getting 5 stars ONLY because of Cristall and her Manager Ren. I was sold a defective controller by an employee that no longer works there, and though I bought a warranty, it was not ever into the system. Thanks to Ren and Cristall, my problem was resolved. On the other side of that, when calling customer service, I spoke with a man named Honor. Honor didn't care of my problem was resolved and only moved to action when he realized that our entire conversation had taken place on speakerphone, in-store, in front of customers and staff. His action? Asking them if there was something they could do about it. He would not.
Thanks to the local staff here, Gamestop continues to have a lifelong customer.
