The Spot Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

My friends and I went there last night and the service was absolutely horrible. The first (out of three) server that came by was fine, nice, upbeat, knew what she was doing. She got our drink orders. Then another server came by and admitted it was her first day so she didn't know the menu. We gave her some slack and helped her out, but she didn't write anything down and she didn't even take my order..she walked away after taking my 3 friends' orders. A few minutes later, she came back with yet another server who said she was training the newbie yet she hadn't been there in 4 months...umm, ok. We asked for our food and they brought it out one by one. One of our party got her food a good half hour before the last person got theirs...which is horrible. My food was horrible..I'd asked for a swiss mushroom burger, which you really shouldn't be able to mess up on. They overcooked the burger and the mushrooms were cold and crunchy...as if from a can and old. I had a baked potato on the side and specifically said only sour cream and butter and they put everything on it. I have them take away the burger and tell them don't make another one, but try for the potato..but they take so long in making the second, I have to get it in a to go box. It still has everything on it when I asked for sour cream and butter only...yet this time it was on the side, so I just took those containers out and gave them back to the server. They tried to overcharge us on the bill, they took off my burger but tried to charge me twice the baked potatoes and charged an extra $3 for the shrimp in my friend's shrimp alfredo..when the menu said the shrimp alfredo was $10 and no extra charge for shrimp. They come back with a revised check, having taken off all my food, even 2 of my drinks, and give us a $15 off coupon that was marked as issued the day before. We all decide we aren't ever going back there and since no where on the coupon it says we can't use it that day, plus it's supposedly been issued the previous day, we try to use it...they claim we can't. I have never in my life received such poor service anywhere..even street vendors. Do not go to this place unless you're sticking...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This place should be reported. The place is not up to standards. I seen a total of 3 roaches. The Bartender/server Ty is a scam artist and unprofessional. The owner is very weird and Money hungry. I think his last spot got shut down for consistently failing health inspections. The hookahs do not get cleaned and full of Mold. Ice buckets behind the bar they use to keep the ice for your drinks HAVE MOLD. They refill liquor bottles w/ cheap liquor to save money and Let’s not get started on the kitchen. Out dated food in refrigerator, they keep the door open in the kitchen from outside so bugs and things are coming and going as they please lol. Seen a rat behind the building one day. Pool Tables DONT work properly. They have homeless people walking around asking for money while the little people they do get in there are trying to enjoy themselves. Food is over priced ,old and nasty. They consistently get complaints. Someone recently got food poison from some wings they ordered and came up there pissed. JUST ALL AROUND A HELL HOLE AND GHETTO. I don’t even know how they are still in business. Don’t even waste your time.0 outta 10 I do...

First time the service was amazing! No heat though. We visited during the week, It was cold as hell inside. We had an amazing bartender (Sean) who made our experience there a good one, the first 2 times. Welp the 3rd time was so so, and the 4th time was our last time. We called in some wings went to pick them up. The female bartender was so drunk and loose that we waited and waited for someone to bring out our order. She didn't even acknowledge the fact there were other customers waiting on the other end of the bar. She was too busy doing shots and entertaining the guys, on her end. So unprofessional, Not a good look. She was super turned up. I started to notice her recurring drunk behavior, after my 2nd visit. Welp needless to say , we never got our wings. Food is amazing! Carryout will be a great option. Oh yeah pay close attention...
