Yesterday me and my sons father went to the location to buy our son a kids meal after picking him up from his school across the street. Once we got to the window to pay for the food, my 4 year old son noticed he didn't have a toy and told his dad. Immediately my son father alerted the young man who took the payment that there wasn't a toy in the bag. Instead 9f the young man apologizing, he distasteful said "so, I don't care". My son father and I was both floored by this response. At this time my son's father pulled the car up a little bit from the drive thru window and told the young man I paid for a toy and you are telling me you don't care. Again, the young man just shrugged his shoulders. I guess the manager seen him standing at the window and came over. He began to tell the manager what happened and the manager seemed lost and never once addressed the young man. It wasn't until he noticed my son's father law enforcement badge that he offered to make it right by offering him a cookie. My son's father declined the cookie because at this point it wasn't about the toy, it was about the disrespect and less than poor customer service received. This is a restaurant we frequent often because as stated it's across the street from my son's school. Not once while my son's father placed the order he was told they were out of toys. We will no longer give our hard earned money to this location and has told many parents and teachers at the school regarding this situation who also agree this behavior was unacceptable. If you look at the receipt he was charged for a toy he did not receive. Honestly I wish I didn't have to give this location 1 star. Horrible,...
Read moreThis location is the worst even after I'd stop patronizing there for a while because the pm mangers would close earlier then they should leaving you in line at the drive thur , just so they wouldn't have to cook your food among being very ,rude the owner/ operater I thought had taken care of the non sence mess that was going on I've tried several times to give it a chance its always something,, so I tried again today worse mistake of my life I ordered a sandwich that advertises with bacon, I'd advise the person taking my order that I didn't eat pork so I didn't want bacon I also asked that my sandwich be made fresh and not one that they'd taken the off of, and she assured me that it wouldn't be,and sure enough I get my food go back to my job to eat and in the midst of me eating my sandwich i started feeling sick and It started tasting nasty the lettuce had bacon pieces and cold bacon grease under it, so I had already ingested BACON GREASE AND BITS OF BACON!that they thought they took off and I wouldn't notice it. So now I'm working ALL DAY! Sick to my stomach with nausea and dripping of the mouth being sick now purchasing meds to settle my stomach which is not helping, Restuarants need to understand that if a customer tells you that they don't want PORK OR PORK GREASE IN THEIR FOOD STOP BEING GREEDY JUST TO MAKE MONEY!!Not Caring if you make someone sick Really I will Never Eat there again and I'm also telling All the customers that visit my place of business as well, I shouldn't be sick after advising these people of what I didn't want ,while spending my money there.NEVER AGAIN...
Read moreMANAGEMENT… I am the parent of a potential candidate for employment. My child did an application for this location and received an appointment for an interview immediately after completing the application. It gave him several days and times to select and by him being 16 still in school he selected a time that was still reasonable and within operating hours before 5:00pm his time was 4:00pm. I took the time to make sure he would be on time to his Interview and had him there 30 mins early. He arrived at location at 3:30pm and told the staff he was there for an interview and instead of the staff telling him that the manager was not there immediately they made him wait for the whole 30mins up till his appointment time at 4:00pm and stated that the hiring manager was not there was gone for the day and then told him that they already have enough teenagers on staff that constantly Calls Out for their assigned shifts. Why would you say that to a potential candidate about the issues you are already having with other staff like they just singled him out as for him being or gone be like the other teenagers. My child is very responsible and ready to work and that has nothing to do with him he is and was their early and on time and ready to work by attending an interview. This is the second location of a Wendy’s that has done him like this. This was very unacceptable for Staff and Management to treat and speak to a potential candidate in...
