Vary nasty never ever order from here again, me and my bf order some wings and fries and fried rice and dumplings, when we got the food my dumplings was wring when we asked if we can get it changed the lady looked at me like I was stupid but I told the manger that the lady at the front didn’t ask me if I wanted steamed or fries dumplings , they changed it, then when my bf checked his food they gave him the wrong wing flavor that did change it. We left and we starting eating it when my bf got the rice the chicken looked fake it didn’t look real at all he didn’t even eat it, when I ate my lemon pepper wings it tasted like dirt like it want real same thing for my bf after that we felt sick like we was going throw up we didn’t even ate all the food I only ate one wing out of 6 we threw all the food away and it was $31 mind yall they had the health inspector up der to, so I called then to tell them about the food and if I can have a refund the lady said we needed to bring the food and recipe I told her we threw it away cause the food was nasty and she had and attitude and all, and they will have another health inspector coming up there again. I've tried this Chinese restaurant two times because of a tick tock review my wife shared with me and I was very disappointed. 😩The first time we ordered sesame chicken which was mostly hard and overcooked under the sauce with maybe a few soft pieces mixed within. 🥴The chicken fried rice was piping hot but extremely flavorless. 😧The second time we ordered general Tso and sesame chicken again, two orders of vegetable spring rolls, shrimp fried rice , egg fried rice, chicken fried rice. The egg fried rice had egg shells in it,😱 the general Tso chicken and sesame chicken were hard again with a few pieces of soft chicken mixed within both dishes, the egg rolls were so dark. They look nearly burnt we're hard to chew and definitely overcooked.😱 I'm not entirely sure if there's anything left on this menu to try that will change this experience or be surprisingly satisfying. Perhaps I might have to just cut my losses and search for another good Chinese restaurant. However, don't let my review sway you one way or the other. As a regular customer I'm not happy that you no longer have pork on your menu. I don't eat pork that often, but one of my favorite items is pork fried rice. I was told that the reason it was no longer offered because your pork wasn't slow roasted as some customers were inquiring about . Who goes to any Chinese restaurant looking for slow roasted pork in the first place. Ugh, Georgians get on my nerves sometimes, I never heard of such foolishness living in Chicago. I will now be coming less often as you've cut out one of my favorite things as there were also other pork items I would order from time to time. Bad move to cut out a whole customer segment. Sorry Wendy, but I doubt that I'll be returning anytime soon as I look for another Chinese carry out that suits my needs, and it took me 15yrs just to find you.
