Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

Me asking for a clean table and seat seems to be foreign to her. I understand people have bad days but damn. She brought us plastic silverware while everyone has regular flatware-ok no biggie lol but damn you bring us our food and sit it however 🙄. Then she brings waffles 🧇 no syrup. Ma’am is helping others but come on. She brings it and it’s dripping and sits it on the table 🤦🏽‍♀️ why candy why? I ask again to get something else wiped off. This is crazy cupcakes 😂 why can’t I just get something cleaned off before it gets to me. I didn’t demean her or denigrate her position at all. She didn’t even take the menus up lol 😆 this is crazy.

Candy gave the least effort and that sucks because I enjoy tipping and spreading the love. I’m completely turned off. I would have left but my child wanted to eat.

Kim and Morgan served us! The establishment was clean and friendly. We had an all lady team working on this shift and I was here for All of it! The way these ladies interacted with each other and the customers was amazing. Candy was singing to Denis lol 😂 and the two ladies on the girl were turning the food over quickly (delicious). Everything about this experience...

I entered the restaurant placed my order at 11:15 pm and paid for a to go order. The server took all orders for in house patrons and is holding tickets for the to go customers. Here it is over an hour later and this young girl still has not placed my order. What kind of service is this? I come here in the day time often and the service is normally great but this lady is awful and rude. And the cook and other server can’t seem to intervene. When the other server tried to assist me at the 45 minute mark, she said she had it and would call all her to go orders at one time. They are completely ignoring the to go customers as if our money and time is not important. It is currently 12:25 and I am still waiting for the food I paid for over an hour ago!!! I watched 4 groups of people come in after me and everyone waited, have their orders taken and food served. Two groups paid and left before I got my food. It’s the Waffle House… so I guess service like this...

Before ordering, I had a conversation about pricing/tipping with the cook who also took my order and payment. I was unfortunately unable to leave a tip and because of that, he (Caucasian male) intentionally Undercooked everything except for my toast. I couldn’t even eat it: I’m on a budget but decided to treat myself. This Waffle House location has always been good until this evening. I was in the middle of (watching) bible study so I didn’t eat it immediately but once I opened it & saw how the eggs looked, I already knew what was up. I also tased it to confirm 🤢😒😡 A year ago I’d blame myself for ordering after having that conversation beforehand But it’s so sad how intentionally evil people can be and how much integrity they lack. I’m also disappointed in my older ‘sista’ who was serving alongside him. She knew what was up & didn’t even look at me when I ran back in to use the restroom...
