Wings & Seafood Jonesboro — Restaurant in Georgia

I have always eaten at wings and seafood because their food has always been good but since ordering off of DoorDash my orders have been wrong and I will take a picture and upload it on the app! Lately, I kept ordering from DoorDash and they’ve been canceling my orders, so I called to see what the problem was and I’m assuming the manager, tells me he just “don’t wanna deal with me” because HIS food is wrong. I don’t lie to get my money back. I take a picture to show proof because my food order is not correct and you have to pay extra for all flats, extra ranches, and you don’t complete the order correctly and I pay for it???? Mind you, I have multiple orders and the other plate is missing the extra sauces as well.. It is on them as a company to fix their food and learn from their mistakes. This was very unprofessional. I have been buying Lemon pepper wings from them for the past 2 years but the last 6 months or so I have noticed, when I've ordered through Doordash the quality has been very very bad. While balancing my checkbook I came across a charge from Wings and Seafood in Jonesboro Ga. I was some confused because I live in Idaho and have never been in Jonesboro. After checking with my bank I called Wings and Seafood in Jonesboro and spoke with a very rude man. As I tried to explain to him that I have never been there and that I have my debit card in my pocket so I know that it was not stolen, he simply said that they swipe every card and that they could not charge me.
