My experience with this computer shop is by FAR the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!! Iām so irritated with this business that Iām filing a police report and a civil suit as I type this. I went to this business for a simple laptop screen replacement for my MacBook Air. The screen that I needed had to be ordered because he didnāt have any in his shop. I paid this man $340 without hesitation just to get this done. He assured me that he would replace my screen and let me know when it was ready. It took him 2 weeks just to get the screen delivered when he told me it would come within 48-72 hours. He ordered the screen from eBay so I donāt understand why it would take two weeks to get a screen, but now realizing how he does business he probably just told me that so he could take his time in repairing my screen now that I ponder on it š¤. Nevertheless, I PATIENTLY waited for this screen, mind you! I had to call him just to inquire about when it was going to arrive. He had it and never notified me until I reached out, 1st š©. Now it took me a week or two to get back to his shop after I confirmed the computer screen had arrived because of other personal issues I had going on. I called him and expressed to him that I would stop by his shop on a particular day so he could finish the replacement on my computer. On Tuesday, March 4th between 1 and 2pm I dropped my computer off to him to do the screen replacement. The computer technician āHassanā expressed to me that he would have my screen replacement done by 5pm. I literally waited in the area for 3 hours so I wouldnāt have to drive drive from Decatur back to Jonesboro in rush hour traffic. I called and we back around 5pm just for him to tell me that the glue on the screen was drying and that he was still waiting for my warranty to be processed with my screen. I had no idea what a warranty had to do with my screen being ready for pickup, nevertheless, he expressed to me that he was getting ready to leave for the day because he had to rush home to celebrate āRamadanā with his family which for those of you who donāt know is a Islamic holiday and tradition where Muslims fast from eating food while praying and reflecting on their spiritual growth. At this point Iām still like āwhat does that have to do with you expressing to me that my screen would have been finished by 5pmā?? He says to me no worries, I can personally bring you your computer tomorrow. He says āyou can borrow my loaner MacBook for now, and Iāll retrieve it once I bring your laptop to you. I expressed to this man that time is of the essence because I had to send the screen he took off back to my grandmother so they wouldnāt charge her Amazon account. He ASSURED me that he would bring my screen to wherever I was. Wednesday came, no screen. I called him THURSDAY and he expressed to me that his sister had an emergency and that he had to go to Alabama at the last minute. Now, Iām compassionate and an understanding person, however I still paid for a SERVICE! So Iām like āHassan, I understand and sympathize, but that has nothing to do with meā. Mind you! These are not things heās calling and voicing to me, I have to CALL AND HUNT HIM DOWN for these excuses. Nevertheless, he assures me that once he arrives back in town, he would deliver the laptop to me. I patiently waited all THURSDAY MORNING, AFTERNOON, and EVENING! No call, No text, No LAPTOP! Today, I text him at 1:21pm expressing how disrespected I felt and stressing the urgency in me needing my laptop. No response back from him lol. I called him from my office phone just to see if he was screening calls from my personal number and sure enough, he ANSWERS THE PHONE. Of course now at this point Iām agitated and furious so naturally filled with rage , I immediately asked him where is my COMPUTER! He starts giving me more inadequate excuses and then process to express that heās only one person and canāt do everything his self! ONCE AGAIN EVERYONE! The employee (at the time) told me they do not have the screen for an iPhone 11 Pro Max so they will have to go get one. He said l Itāll be about an hour and theyāll call me when theyāre finished. I said that was fine because Iāve been there before and it worked out well. So I go home because I live close by and a hour past Iām with my friend and Iām like they didnāt call? He said nope not yet so I called them around 2 and got on the phone with the guy Iām assuming is the manager. He said hey yes 45 minutes it will be done for sure. Okay so by now Iāve waited by 1hr and 45mins. A few more hours had passed and Iām like they still havenāt called? My f to end says no. So we go up there. I go up there , thereās a new employee up there now who informs me the guy who took my phone was fired and he has no idea whats the progress on my phone. He calls someone and then proceeds to tell me they do not owner is Muslim and heās praying right now so wait on him for about 20 mins, I asked him can he just give me my phone. He said he couldnāt because he doesnāt know which one it is for sure. So I waited until this man came , when he came he brung me to the back and said oh he tried to replace the screen but it was still glitching because a piece broke when my phone cracked. He told me he has to order a specific piece that will fix the problem free of charge. Iām like well I really need to get into my phone , all of my information is on my phone. He said no with the new screen he replaced it was still glitching and I couldnāt touch anything. He said my phone will be fixed around 10am tomorrow. Iām like ugh it was inconvenient but I agreed because if I needed a specific piece and they have to order it I might as well let them continue to do it. So I talk to my friend he was like thereās a place called level 10 just call them and see if they can do it cause that donāt sound right so I get on the phone with the lady and explain to her what happened and she was like no , get your money back and get your phone because it sounds like youāre getting played. Iām like thank you , I go get my phone and bring it to level10 and she fixed it in literally 5 mins no problem !! No glitches. These people lied for what Iām assuming they never went got the iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replacement and they wasnāt gonna get it til the following day. They gave me the run around instead of telling me to take my business elsewhere because they cannot provide the service as of today. When I say these people played in my face so bad , mind you they charged me 120$ for a screen replacement and level10 charges $80 same phone and quality. Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease donāt ever go to this place for a repair or for business Iāve read his reviews and seen he scammed a grandma and her grandchild for a expensive computer with cheap eBay parts he put in it, these people lie, terrible customer service and just bad business in general, I took my comp desktop to this place for a simple blue screen fix gave them 80$ deposit took them a week to even hit me back to see what was wrong with it I even had one of the guys personal number Some days they donāt even answer calls, mind you I live far far away the Hassan guy thinks itās easy to just go back and forth to his shop to pickup my computer and deal with traffic Iāve have to drive back and fourth about 3 times one of the days we drove their and the shop wasnāt even open and it said the shop was open online and like I said no empathy, when I called him on his personal number , When he finally called my phone for the computers diagnostic he told me the price 200$ to fix everything and I payed the 200$ it took him 3-4 weeks to even get a call back to tell me that computer was ready for pickup after call after the call to check up 2 weeks in on updates of my repair of my computer I went to the shop got my computer, took it home soon as I used it for 5 min the computer broke it start turning on and off then we had to drive back the shop I dropped my computer off back at the shop mind you I had a 3 year warranty on it so he didnāt charge me but I took it to the shop dropped it off he told me āIāll call you soonā about the fix 2 weeks went buy cause I was patient and he finally called me and told me that my computer storage was messed up and a discord virus that got on my computer so I said okay it took him another 3-4 weeks to get my computer back after call after the call after call for checkups some days they donāt even answer leave me on read and they go straight to voicemail I finally went to the shop to get my computer it was finally fixed went their got it was finnaly fixed mind you I make YouTube videos all those 3-4 MONTHS I MISSED out on staying consistent and recording on YouTube because I decided to take my computer to this repair shop before reading the reviews DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I made if I took my computer to another repair shop I bet that it would be done 2 weeks max instead of a headache and 4 months wasted when I got my computer back everyone was fine until I downloaded my recording software and realized he TOOK MY WHOLE 2 TB Of HARDRIVE out of my computer that I used to record content on MY COMPUTER and had the audacity to catch an attitude with me now I canāt record that long of videos cause my storage goes out fast on my computer please dont ever go to this place Iām begging you Litteraly the worse customer service Iāve ever seen in my life I thought I was going to a legit shop never would have...
