Burger King — Restaurant in Georgia

I feel that I must share my experience of interacting with one of your Managers, Ilandra Scott, just now! In the middle of the lunch rush I decided to ask to speak with a Manager regarding "allergy concerns" with previous visits, and Ms. Ilandra Scott was kind enough to listen and respectfully address my concerns (where most Managers at most fast food places usually roll their eyes at this time) without missing a beat, DURING THE RUSH WITH A FULL STORE! When you have someone show THAT LEVEL of RESPECT and PROFESSIONALISM during the "moments of madness" for your "minor issues", it suddenly fills you with an entirely new sense of COMFORT and TRUST in a "complete stranger" and their desire to please the customer instead of sending THAT CUSTOMER to the Hospital due to sub-par Service and sub-par Food Quality! Those of you WITH severe food allergies WILL understand THIS compliment, while OTHERS may laugh or dis-regard the MAGNITUDE of the SITUATION. In Closing, THANK YOU, Ms. Ilandra Scott, for your ATTENTIVENESS, your UNDERSTANDING, and for GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve any potential "issue" for me BEFORE it could occur! Utter ridiculous night managers. They think they can do what ever they want. The store manager is great but she must not have a good crew to pick form. Let’s start with you can’t order food most nights because the either turn off the lights and make it look like they are closed when it’s a 24 hour restaurants. Then they will tell you that the computers are down or downloading and don’t know how long. Then if not that. They will not tell you anything just make you look stupid at the window. And don’t ever ask to speak to the night manager because if you do the lady manager will be aggressive and rude. And the guy night manger even refuse to acknowledge you speak to you anything. Like he or she Dosnt care. And when they ask me to pull up every time I order to make there times look good and I still wait I don’t complain. If it’s a reason every once in a while I’m cool with that. But if it’s something allmost every night than shut this location down and let the one down the street be 24 hours. By the way I was at the location at 10:15pm on Halloween. Sad service. And I have contacted the complante department and they don’t care. Spend your money with...
