Wings & Seafood — Restaurant in Georgia

I have gone to this place for the last three years. My experiences had been generally favorable. The management or ownership changed hands and this new woman has absolutely no customer service skills. I purchased wings and chicken philly, the wings were good but the first bite of the philly made me gag as if I was about to throw up. I smelled the sandwich and it had a kinda sour smell so I called the store. The lady told me it was my problem not hers, her meat was fresh. I told her I have been coming here for 3 years and never thought of bringing anything back and now she tells me, I can get no refund and no other order. She said food fresh, no body else complained and refused to refund my money, I had eaten the wings, not the fries and only one bite of the philly. I will never go to them again. Stand by your customer, if the customer says that it didn't agree with their stomach and did not eat the food, there should be no question, especially when I have been going there this long. I told my co-workers and they said, I wondered why you went to that place in the first place. Having had food poisoning before at a Chinese place, I won't chance it again. No more. Go at...

Soooo, I have visited this place several times in the past and when I ate here, I was never disappointed. Now these last 2 times that I ate here (within this month) has been subpar 😒. I ordered a 2 piece catfish with vegetable fried rice. 1. SWAI FISH IS NOT CATFISH!!! It was salty and NOT what I ordered. 2. The coleslaw tasted as if it out at the WRONG temperature AND 3. The VEGETABLE fried rice had peas and carrots ONLY so I guess it was peas and carrots rice. I ate a few forkfuls of rice and it was unseasoned and DISAPPOINTING!!! My very first time eating there was today 11/15/2019, my initial thought was oh ok the wings r tasty, the fries r crinkle cut , like I like them but I also had grilled shrimp that were on a stick but they were terrible, they were rubbery, overcooked and they were not cleaned because the black line was still in them.
