Placed a mobile order & had "extra fries" added to one of the orders. The amount of fries in the container is the same amount as the one with the regular amount of fries in it. I came inside and the little girl in at the front went to ask the cook and he said that it was extra fries. So because he said so, that was that. So she turns to me and says "He said that's extra fries" and THEN proceeds to walk away.... I wasn't about to argue over fries, I was just going to order another side of them. But she walked away. Didn't even ask if there was anything else I wanted or just stayed there so she could hear me say I'd let to order another side of them then. Just disappeared. I ordered then through the mobile app since no one apparently wanted to come up there to help. The other girl in the drive thru just sat there looking and snickering like something was funny. When the other girl returned back to the front, she went to the girl in the drive thru and just started talking while I'm still standing right there. I guess watching someone stand at the counter and not going to check to see what they wanted was the funny part. When I saw her bag the fries and set them aside I told her those were for me since I apparently couldn't order with her. I never had issues with this location before. Upon arrival at the Chamblee Tucker Zaxbys, I parked in the designated area and called the number specified on the curbside parking space sign. A team member by the name of Brian answered and I informed him that I was picking up an order. He then instructed me to, âjust go through the drive-thru.â When I informed him that the line in the drive-thru was too long (five to six cars were in the line) and that I could meet him at the door to retrieve the order, he rudely stated, âIâm not doing that, go through the drive-thru.â I then reinformed him of how busy the drive-thru was and that I was on my way to work to which he responded with an aggressive tone, âgo in the drive-thru because we are understaffed.â I then chose to end the call and drive to work without a meal. When I called back about 10 minutes later to attempt to receive a refund for the order, a woman who presented herself as the manager informed me of how difficult her shift had been and that she had no idea how to give me a refund. She then informed me that the owner would be arriving the following morning and that they could possibly figure out a refund for me.    Read moreI really don't understand how this place is still even opened. I've been here 4 times and every single time they have disappointed. They always have an attitude, they can't follow simple instructions. My order has never been prepared right, they always leave out multiple items, give wrong items, or the food is nasty. This is the worst Zaxbys in the area by far. I guarantee that if this place is someone's first time at Zaxbys they will never return to a Zaxbys because of how horrid the experience is. I've given it four different times to change but nothing has changed if anything it gets worst. Management has to have low standards to keep allowing this establishment to be run with such low quality. I'm frankly confused at how little these people who work here care about giving good customer service and preparing food properly and accurately. Very bad business and I recommended all my people to stay away from this place because your order will be wrong and you might get food poisoning from the lack of care that the employees show. There's a Zaxbys on Hugh Howell and one on Buford Hwy, do yourself a favor and make the drive to those instead to avoid...
