I placed a Uber eats order total came to $90. I waited over 1 hour and when the food got here it was an awful experience. Not only was everything extremely cold the #3 part of the order was completely wrong instead of receiving the steakhouse burger we received something I’ve never heard of some burger with corn chips and it disgusted everyone. The person whose burger it was is the one who paid for the order and he was highly upset because he was hungry and had nothing to eat. The restaurant which was closed now didn’t answer and Uber eats refunded the money. Today I called the restaurant and was immediately offended. After explaining what happened the lady’s response was “Ma’am we check every order and we know that the correct food was sent”. I told her “well I guess you’re calling me a liar”. She repeated herself like a robot and also like I wasn’t aware that she was giving me a typical answer that I just had to accept. I told her again “clearly you just saying that because I still have the burger and the receipt” and if I had to drive there to show her, how loud I would be for my inconvenience and her lying to keep from being accountable. Then the fake I’m sorry’s started and the blaming the Uber driver of switching the order. Look at the receipt the bag was stapled shut and why would the Uber driver switch one burger. Then she literally switched it again and said ”ma’am we were busy last night and I guess that was the last cop out she could come up with so she just simply hung up. I am sick these foreigners talking to everyone like we’re slow and we’re the ones that don’t speak the language they need to know otherwise. Just because you all work together the restaurant is not your country and we’re capable and fully understand their offensive behavior you display. It’s all about the money and you only respect us enough to get us out of your face. Reading through the other reviews I see this happens frequently and we don’t have to take this. This is now deeper than a burger and is now an awareness issue about how foreigners in some restaurants treat customers and think we’re the foreigners that don’t comprehend their disrespect. I’m not the customer that’s going to ignore it this time and more people should start complaining about the store conditions dry service and disrespect. Nothing that their mission statement says. All excuses and typical robotic responses. She really hung up on me because nothing she tried to cover up their mistake...

This is a simple little fast-casual burger place. It feels a bit like a sub sandwich shop with counter service and basic tables. This is near my work, so I'm in here about once a season. The food and service has been pretty consistent from visit to visit.
The employees seem to really care about your food and experience. The cashier was careful to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. She even showed me the screen to verify that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Then, when I got my meal she stopped by to make sure that everything was the way I wanted it.
The food is better than the typical fast food burger places. On this visit, I got a double with bacon with no bun, no cheese.
They don't ask if you'd like to have them done to a certain temperature. The patties are thin but not dry. They're tasty but I can see where they'd be much better with the sort of combinations and toppings that they promote on their menus.
The fries are pretty darn good. They're bigger fries with a nice crispy sheen. They are cooked until they're brown but have a moist, tender center.
It's worth mentioning that they have the sweetest lemonade that I have ever tasted.
The burgers are good but I really come here because the service is great and the fries are much better...

When we went there for the first time the service was top notch and the burgers were well presented however i took my brother and my cousin this time and found 2 issues
1- the major throw off was we had to wait and call for someone to take our order because this young man with the name of Rocky if i am not wrong inoverheard one of the employee calling him that was not present howvever when he came he kinda had an attitude i asked him if the blt chicken bun can be replaced he didnot bother listening coz he was busy on his phone and responded saying all buns are same i repeated again Sir i dont want the bun upside down he stated breathing heavily i ignored that too however when i tried paying him my debit card got stuck in my wallet as its a new wallet he started making angry faces even though there was no one in the line. When i gave him my card he chipped in hard and returned back never said thank you nothing
2- The food and home style fries were little over cooked and had a little burned taste with being extra crispy.
I still gave them a 4 as i respect and appreciate...
