If I could give negative stars I would! Placed order on DoorDash for dlvry - Delivery never came and then the app said my order was cancelled... Contacted DoorDash to see what transpired they explained what had happened (I was on the phone w/Doordash for aprox 45 mins to rectify situation) the rep I spoke with stated she would replace the order and have the 2nd order delivered to me - While I was on the phone w/Doordash Hunan Inn Chinese Restaurant called me - I missed the call and called back - WHO EVER answered the phone had ABSOLUTELY NO customee service skills - asked how my food was and wondered why I was placing another order and where's the money - I stated I never rcvd my dlvry and DoorDash had cancelled and re-issued a new order for me - he ADAMANTLY demanded I repay again - told him it was NOT my problem and he would have to reach out to DoorDash - This was their issue/problem - he then REFUSED to make a new order for me -
I was BEYOND flabbergasted by his behavior and attitude and the sheer AUDACITY he had to call me and DEMAND i pay for a second time! Especially since I NEVER got the 1st Delivery - He should have reached out to DoorDash - DoorDash I'm sure they would have paid this restaurant in ample time - Instead I was treated like a thief by this establishment!
They will NEVER earn my TRUST or my BUSINESS again and I will TELL EVERYONE I CAN about the HORRIBLE treatment given to me by the...
Read moreWanted to give 2 stars because the staff are very nice, however, the food is not good and way overpriced. Here’s my review after two visits.
On delivery apps their lunches are $13.50. In restaurant it’s $11.99. This includes a mini spring roll, that’s definitely the frozen Costco-Sam’s variety, and horribly dry, plain fried rice. The chicken is over breaded with a lack of actual flavor. I’ll describe the taste as “bready” sweet for the Hunan, General Tso, and Sesame. The portion is very small for $12+, and come in the black food prep containers from Walmart.
A mile down the road there are 2 other Chinese places with lunch for about $8 with better food. Buford Hwy is only an exit up and has the best Chinese restaurants Metro Atlanta can offer for half this price as well.
I wouldn’t recommend eating here. It’s a waste if money. I suggest you see...
Read moreMy husband placed an order for us but the order arrived before my husband husband came home. The driver wouldn't give us the food nor talk to my husband because he wasn't there to present his card so that the driver could "swipe" it on an old school flip swipe. You know the ones that leaves the imprint of the card # on a sheet of paper. Mind you, they already took our card # over the phone. So he left with $90 worth of food because he couldn't swipe # he already had and refused to speak to my husband about. When I talked to "the manager" she said it was because they don't want to be involved with fraud. However I feel that they would be in the process of committing fraud if they were old school swiping my card # and writing down the security code...
