Taco Bell — Restaurant in Doraville

By far the worst experiences I've had with fast food has come from the taco/kfc located on northcrest rd in ga the manager cassandra wouldn't give me her real name , when I requested her full name she would not give it to me . I like taco bell food so I go to the location closets to me. But every single time I have went to this location I have had one or more problems and I am not exaggerating when I say EVERY TIME. My most recent issues with the tacobell/kfc located on northcrest in ga caused me to express my anger and disappointment with the quality of service and cleanliness . Again I emphasis how much I go to this location, I literally for the last two months I have been there 5 times a week more on some weeks. I do enjoy the food especially the fire taco and the apple empanadas. These products are exclusively sold at taco bell so this location is the closest and where I go to eat evn though I repeatedly recieve horrible customer service. One of my issues with this location is it never opens on time . The week of may 5 the location open at 10:50 though posted on both sides of the building in bold letters it says sun-thur 10:30-12am. They constantly open late but 20mins late is way off the mark. May 6th I went to the location and waited 30mins before my order was taken though I was first in line and once my order was taken it took an additional 15mins to prepare my meal. The point of FAST FOOD is definitely not to wait anywhere for 45mins. When I asked cassandra is there any compensation for the wait, her response was "no I told him to wait". That response was yelled in a sharp tone towards me in front of all the other customers waiting. I was degraded and very embrassed. I asked her for her name she wouldn't tell me so I just read the name tag she had on which read cassandra Manager . I couldnt believe she was a manager, that a manger had spoken to me so rudely after waiting 45mins for my food. Another huge issue I have with this location is the quality of food served and cleanliness off the environment. There is always spilled soda mashed up food and other items on the floor it is always slippery serval times I have almost fell in the restaurant. Also there is always people eating on the job and going back and forth from outside and behind the counter. The quality of food is usually off also the apple empanadas are always burnt and dry , I always have to request they drop fresh ones. And the over look of the begind the counter environment just looks dirty . Im tired of getting the wrong order im tired of waiting excessive amounts of time for my FAST FOOD and im tired of the utter disrespect and lack of effort from the staff. I want and deserve a clean sanitary environment and helpful staff when spending my hard earned money at your business. If I could give it a zero star I definitely would. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos supreme and a supreme nacho (which is a very easy order) from this location at 10:58 pm on April 28, 2018. The guy on the intercom literally kept repeating the wrong order every single time! After about 5 minutes of going back and forth...he told me to pull up to the window without repeating my order and telling me the price. So when I pulled up to the window, the guy (from the intercom) asked me what did I ordered again so I repeat "3 hard shell and a supreme nacho" and then after waiting 10 minutes he comes back and say "What did you order again?" You've got to be kidding me. After I told him my order (probably 12 different times including the conversation from the intercom) a lady comes out and hand me my bag after 30 minutes of waiting just to make 3 tacos and a nacho. Guess what. They forgot my supreme nachos. So I told the lady about my supreme nacho and she rudely said "ok" and I've waited about 10 minutes and they still wasn't done with my nachos. So i've decided to drive off without it. When I opened my bag when I got home i've noticed my order was completely wrong. They gave me 1 hard shell taco (just meat and lettuce) and 2 soft tacos that was completely soggy. How they managed to spend 50 minutes to forget something from my order and get my entire order wrong! By the way, the guy who was taking my order was obviously a thug and was sagging his pants way to low. He also couldn't speak clear english and probably has a super low IQ and lacks common sense. He has no mannerism and lacks the little skills you need to be a fast food worker. The woman was rude and also lacks common sense. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR NEEDS TO HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT. You could literally order a cup of water and they would somehow mess that up. ONLY COME HERE IF YOU LIKE GETTING YOUR ORDER WRONG WHILE WAITING 40+ MINUTES FOR...

To the owner of this newly remodeled taco bell. I love how you have revived this location. The food finally tastes like the Taco Bell in the past that I remembered and loved. However, I noticed a decline in the employee service already. Started out great, but now you have some workers in there who absolute don't care about customer service. An hour before close, the young lady at the drive thru said they were only doing burritos and tacos. The funny and sad thing was what I wanted was a classic stack which is just a burrito in a triangle form..lol same ingredients as the burrito.😆 Then, when I got to the window. The young lady had no customer skills. No hello..no smile..she actually looked annoyed and like she was ready to go. I know I'm always upbeat and kind to drive thru employees, but even that didn't get her to even give me eye contact. PLEASE owner, this location will fail again if you don't hire people who at least greet the customer with a smile and a hello. I know, I for one will stop going by like I did before if I go there again and get treated like a problem. I have over 8 million views on my reviews collectively..and I did not make this review until after 3 visits over a month..and it just got worse every visit. I can say, the food was always hot and fresh..but I can get food anywhere, people come back because they love good vibes when they are grabbing fast food after a long day or a long trip. That's facts. So, please just train the employees to care a bit more. You guys had a bad rep at this location..I went back because of one of these reviews after the grand re-opening..and already I'm about to stop going again due to the lack of customer service.
