We ordered for delivery, and yet they're still able to deliver 5 star atmosphere, service, and food. I mean, wow. It's been a while since I've had sushi this good. I have sushi at least once a month. Been trying different places. I spent a few years working at Steel sushi, which was the last time I had remarkable sushi; 10 years ago. I highly recommend this spot for delivery. 1. The bag is amazing. It has some kind of a magnet folding lock to retain freshness. 2. The boxes inside slide open, almost like bento style. The presentation was perfect. The best I've ever seen for delivery. 3. I sampled the California roll immediately before serving my preschooler age daughters. I thought I was going to get the same old regular flavor (which is fine and comforting) , but what i tasted completely destroyed my expectations. The rice was perfect. Unique soft yet crisp poppy flavor. The avocado was front and center like fatty Tuna. This was not an ordinary California roll, anything but. This was like the first time all over again. What a fantastic addition to the Embry Hills neighborhood! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this new Japanese gem, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The host, our server, the sushi chef, and even the manager made sure to personally greet us during our lunch. It felt like we were genuinely welcomed by everyone!

We started with the cream rock shrimp & ginger salad, and wow—it was amazing! The sushi rolls we sampled were fresh and flavorful, and the hibachi steak, served with perfectly steamed rice and vegetables, was simply marvelous. The atmosphere here is spot on, with a great vibe enhanced by a chill mix of tunes playing in the background. I also love that they have big screen TVs showing a variety of programs, including food and sports—perfect for everyone.
