Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Worst experience I've had for the past 3 years coming here...I stopped coming here after they messed up my order made me drive back to get my order right and then they gave me back my "fixed order" and still messed it up again....lucky me I checked again before I left and made sure I spoke to the manager,... He didn't care that his employees screwed up the order and eventually let me get my order fixed again... FINALLY on the 3rd try they got my order right but this was after TWENTY MINUTES OF WAITING in a near empty restaurant while they're serving new customers first before they fixed my order they messed up twice....this was about a year ago and I told that manager I would never go back. Well I decided to go again today for the shorter drive and guess what?... I come to Zaxbys and se they have the same item (Wings and Things) that they had before on the newer looking menu Except they jacked the price up to TEN DOLLARS! Same amount of food, same amount of fries exept it comes with a drink and to get it without the drink it only drops the price down 20 cents... Unbelievable... So on this order I grid my teeth and order the food because it's what my family wanted and pull up to the window and guess what again?! They have all new management and employees and they still mess up the order! All of the cooks and cashiers are high school looking students that seem like they don't care what so ever about their job or how the food is served. They all looked completely incompetent in what they're doing and looked like they had zero training using a register. (Not to mention it took the cooks forever to make the food) however I caught the error...and asked them to fix it...they redid the order and I went my way... But whoop Dee do I come home to ANOTHER MESSED UP ORDER AFTER I ASKED TO FIX IT.... NEVER coming to Zaxbys again. I don't get what I payed for and now I pay too much for what I asked for. 1 star. Worst service ever!!! DONT COME HERE SAVE...

Today I went to Zaxbys and normally my order and food are great. Not sure what happen today if no one wanted to be there and just bad customer service. I ordered my food and asked for a side salad. Instead of saying we don't have those anymore you ordered a salad for me. When I get to pay the person at the window reviewed my order and I state again I wanted a side salad. Then she tells me oh we don't have those anymore and hands me a order. I paid for the food because I did not want to argue or difficult since I know people in the industry are given a hard time. When I got home my wings seem old and my fries seems like they were cooked an hour ago. My fingers were cooked to a hard crisp. I am just so upset. Take aways if there are no more side salads please remove from your menu online. I have never had an issue and have been to Zaxbys at least twice a week for lunch because your fast and the quality is normally great. Just wanted to share my experience. been going to this location for the past few months twice a week, i always order the wings and things, boneless, its listed menue price on the menue in front of my face is 11.45 cents, with tax i always pay 13 and some change, today i went and this smart elic dude on the other end of the mic says its 15.80, and i tell him politely that he might have made some sort of mistake, he rudely tells me, "Well your order is 13.80 before tax, so with tax its 15.80, i tell him calmy, the menue in front of my face says its 11.45 before tax, he rudely and angrilly tells me that i can pull around and talk to his manager if i had a problem, man i just wanted some food on my lunch break and you are ringing stuff up wrong, i wont be back sadly, sorry to the owners of the place, hire better staff, i spent a lot of money here and will spend it elsewhere.... 15.80 im going to olive garden or red lobster, yalls dry chicken...
