Don's Pizza Palace — Restaurant in Germantown

Beware price changes are made without updating the website . I call, place the order and the price is more than what it should be according to the menu page. I question it and am told they have no idea what I'm talking about. I change my order and can hear what is being said about me because I changed my order on the phone. I heard them complaining about having to delete an item from the order. When I went to pick up my order, I asked again about the the website prices. I was told they have nothing to do with it and would not honor what they advertise. This is not the first time I have had something wrong from here,but this is the last. They have not tried to correct...

I have order $1000's in food from here for years. I ofer OVER $70 food on new years, expecting a long wait, food was here in about normal time. Pizza had cheese barely melted, 2 orders of 10 wings were almost raw!!!! Blood on each bone. 2 orders of fries limp mush, half done. I called just asking for SOME credit. Was told no credit but if had 75% of food they could remake. No sorry I cooked food in oven and air fryer so we could eat. Offered pictures. Still not good enough. Ordered a Chef Salad from here when I received it. It had pickled eggs and beats on the Top of it I have never in my life got a Chef salad with purple eggs and beats. Spoke to the manager he refused to refund my order. I have notice that In the last five yrs of ordering pizza from here it gotten bad crust is to crunchy on pizza. Not good customer service at all.
