This is a tough review for me to write.... The food here is good. Not so good that you can't live without it, but consistantly well prepared and definitely served HOT... Our server was sociable and fairly attentive. The things that could improve here are the prices... It's obvious that the economic pressures are taking their tole on Laff's. My biggest dissapointment is that they have daily specials on the menu and we arrived at typical dinner time and they had been out of the special since 3PM.... WHAT.... you would think that our server might offer us a little something to take the sting away... Like a premium side item for the price of a regular one.... Or something... But nope....

Laffs is totally inconsistent. One time it will be great and the next just horrible. Tonight we did take out and ordered 2 Texas tenderloins and a Reuben. Have never ordered either. The Reuben was fine. The tenderloins were not edible. If we lived closer, we would have taken them back. They were so overcooked that they tasted like cardboard. There wasn’t ANYTHING on it. Just a huge piece of cardboard and two small buns. Normally, a tenderloin will come with lettuce mustard and pickles at the least. I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything on it. We literally could not eat them. We tried.

We finally made it to Laff’s! It was a bit hard to find details about menu items online but we called in a pickup order and were able to order pretty easily. We got boneless wings (barbecue and medium buffalo) along with the Texas tenderloin to split. The wings were great flavor, no fatty chicken, and the tenderloin was unique in that the batter was slightly sweet (it tasted like it had maple syrup in it). Overall we were very satisfied with the food! We will be back!

I have been going to laffs for years, along the years, there have been countless cooks, servers etc… when you tell the owner, between cooks, things are wrong, she basically tells you to go somewhere else, has an attitude with you, if you complain about anything. Further more their kitchen burned down, they were down for around 7 to 9 months, upon reopen the AC wasn’t working, and today I went in there and their bathrooms, the only two in the building were both closed ! The place supposedly just got inspected to code, obviously that was a lie, it needs to be shut down until the owner of the company cares enough about its customers to run a legitimate business and restaurant!! Period !! When the food is on it’s good, but that’s pending what cook on what week, prior to reopen !! I want to add, I don’t promote bad reviews in a local town, local business, and hopefully it can change, but the owner doesn’t care about you or it’s staff, or her building being up to spec for its customers! Their bathrooms prior to remodel were gross, now don’t even work. For all the servers and cooks that have been there, customers mistreated by the owner, you’re welcome for this post ! Have a...

We had planned on a larger party coming in to eat lunch at 12 on 2/15. We called the day prior, 2/14, at 10:45, to let them know we had a party of 20-25 coming in the following day at noon for lunch, they stated they will not reserve tables and it would be fine. We arrived at noon and the restaurant was covered in dirty dishes, trash, and cups, no big deal, the waitress slowly cleaned the tables. We then told her we called the day prior, which at this point she was not made aware there was a large party coming in. The bartender at the time (who wasn’t serving us) was at the bar, complaining over our large party arriving without notice. She stated that it’s inconsiderate of us not to call ahead, even though we did. It is now almost 2 o’clock and we have not seen any sight of our meals. 2 hours and we still haven’t gotten to eat. Although, we are trying to be patient, but when the staff is complaining over the miscommunication, which is on their end, is frustrating. Our server has been doing her best, but the bartender, not so much. Definitely frustrating as we have been supporting this place for what feels...

I've been here several times, and the food is awesome. However, one of the managers, Jackie, was very rude, and not accommodating at all. I called a week in advance and told her that we would have a party of 30. She said they don't take call ahead seating, or reservations.(which I completely understand) however I told her I could be there an hour or two early to save tables. However, she said that even if we did have enough seats that the tables wouldn't be together. She also said that as a party of 30 we would have to eat in a "timely" fashion. I asked her if that meant we would be rushed, and she said "yes, we have to turn tables." I assured her that we would be drinking and eating plenty for them to make money. I told her that we had parties there before, and come there quite often, but she was still unwilling to accommodate a returning, and loyal customer. This is not a place for large parties. It's going to be hard for me to return to a place that is ran by such...
