Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Gilbert

Re: Gilbert Road and baseline location... Josie's exceptional service turned my Baskin Robbins experience around. Despite my initial frustration with the manager at the Gilbert/Chandler Blvd store, Josie's professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy in taking my ice cream cake order over the phone restored my faith in the brand. She not only corrected the previous mishaps by the manager at a store in which she didn't work, but also apologized for them and their childish behavior. Her dedication deserves recognition and a raise, as she undoubtedly retains customers like myself for Baskin Robbins. In contrast, the manager at the other Baskin Robbins was dismissive, arrogant, and unhelpful, refusing to accommodate my request for a strawberry cake order over the phone. Josie's exemplary service stands in stark contrast to such poor management, and her efforts have undoubtedly saved me and many others from abandoning Baskin Robbins altogether. Thank you again...

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like people should be aware of what I saw here. When I visited, I noticed a roach in the ice cream cone case — and later, another one in the ice cream itself. I was shocked and pretty disgusted.

What really bothers me is that this didn’t seem like a one-time issue. It looked like something that had been going on for a while, and from what I could tell, if I noticed it, the staff and owner’s most likely aware of it but didn’t address it properly.

I think it’s completely unacceptable for any food establishment to ignore a pest problem, especially one this visible. Customers deserve to feel confident that their food is clean and safe.

I hope management takes this seriously and actually fixes it, because no one wants to worry about roaches in...

They just hired this AMAZING girl named Candice at this location. The customer service this girl provides is above exceptional. I will be coming to this location from now on because of the amazing service I just received. Candice handled all me needs and made sure I had everything I needed.
