Mesa Shores — Local services in Mesa

Great stores can be found here in the form of a Trader Joe's right next to Sprouts! I frequently find that if an item I need is not in one store, I can go next door and get a quality alternative immediately. Fast food options are also in the parking lot, and speaking of which, that is the source of the one-star ding I add to this place: the parking. The EOS gym here becomes insanely crowded and there is little available parking for the gym; you can imagine the rest, it starts spilling over into other areas. Also, there is a wonky triangular arrangement of incoming traffic in front of Trader Joe's creating a large "free for all" zone of cars and people jockeying for their respective parking spaces and store entries. Parking lot was designed by M Night Shyamalan. If you're not into pop culture references, basically it's a nighmare. The rows make no sense with people going in every direction trying to navigate and get to their destination. Love the massive pothole with the orange cone in it. The hole is so deep that only the very top of the cone sticks out. Wish I got a photo of it but I was too busy trying not to have my car swallowed up in it. Looks like no storefronts for rent here. I have noticed there is a loud truck that is leaf blowing every night outside my apartment window. I hear it in the EOS fitness parking lot and the leaf blowing occurs at 11pm, 12am, 1am and sometimes even later. This is a blatant noise violation and I am so fed up. The property management company who owns and leases Mesa Shores properties is the one who hires these leaf blowers. I have contacted them and so has my husband to get the extremely noisy leaf blowing to stop but it continues on and on. It has been going on for a year. I am absolutely appalled at the property owners who allow this...
