Summary: 3 weeks later my order is still being delivered and everyone's confused but I'm missing $25. Every. Order. Has. Issues. This just did it.
Don't do delivery from here it's probably not worth it. I think they've messed up nearly every order I've made, if not then all. They also ignored my call after I had placed an order a bit late and realized they werent gonna deliver after it had been 30 minutes and they were then closed. Called and some on hung up, whoever was closing july 5th didn't feel like talking, so now I'm out $20 and after sending a support ticket to jimmy johns website, 3 days later still no response. It's hilarious, just get a subway
July 24th: my order is still out for delivery. Nobody has been of help, both calling the store and submitting a couple tickets. Besides automated emails I think the only real email I got was someone saying they are looking into it which resulted in nothing. I was even told to just dispute it with my bank when I called a 2nd time a while later since they had told me that I should receive a refund in a few business days the first time. Maybe they have an outdated system, I don't know, not worth the hassle when theres sub shops nearby. Plus I'm sure doordash can offer a deal on a sub shop near by, which doordash has pretty decent customer service. Read moreI recently visited Store #2131 for lunch and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the #5 Vito, and they gave me half the amount of meat compared to other locations I've visited. I usually get the largest size sandwich, which lasts me a few small lunches for three days, but this time I finished it in one sitting. My wife ordered the #6 Veggie and was also shocked at the sparse toppings. Our sandwiches were mostly bread.
The store was nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon, which now makes sense. I tipped the maximum 20% and asked the employee to add a generous amount of extra mayonnaise to my Vito, but he didn't put any.
There were two young employees working, and neither greeted me upon entering. They barely interacted with me while I looked at the menu. There was no sense of urgency or customer service. I've been to this location a few times, and the sandwiches are consistently poorly made with the same indifferent attitudes.
Being the only customer at 4 PM on a Saturday, I asked an employee how his day was, and he mentioned it had been slow all day. Now I understand why. Despite living nearby, I won’t be returning to this location. Instead, I'll drive to Store #1997 at 68 E Main in downtown Mesa for better service...

I later got a call from the delivery driver saying that he was at the apartment door even though I was standing outside my door and did not see him? He eventually found me and claimed that there was another apartment in the same building that had the same apartment number as well as the first order still there in front of the door.. After he gave me the new order (he didn't have the old one after saying he found it?), I walked around the building and did not find a duplicate apartment number and no food left at someone else's door. Not to mention that the receipt on the order's bag (marked as "reprint") had the correct apartment number all along...
