Wendy's — Restaurant in Gilbert

I am giving four stars because I contacted corporate office and they rectified my concern. First time I ordered in the drive through, got home, only to realize both my son's and my order were incorrect. I called and was told that my order would be replaced, correctly. I visit another day to get the replacement order and the manager was quite rude and wouldn't even take the time to hear me out. My order was wrong again. Instead of arguing with him (I was too tired), I decided to contact corporate office the following day. I received a call from the district manager within 30 minutes. She was kind, friendly and apologetic. I appreciate her promptness and willingness to resolve to matter. I probably won't go out of my way to visit this particular restaurant again, but I will visit...

Awful place to go. There was a line of cars almost to the street for the drive thru (there always is at this location), so I went inside. Another line, almost to the door. The staff was extremely slow, inaccurate with their orders, the manager (some old lady, Becca, who doesn't even use gloves when handling the food) has no clue what she is doing, and their beverage machine is CONSTANTLY broken every single time I've been here.

On top of that, BOTH ketchup dispensers were comoletely empty and two people walked back in to complain about their orders being messed up. On top of that, it took 20 minutes from when I walked in to when I finally got my food. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Never come here. Poorly managed and sloppily run but unfriendly and...

My experiences with Wendy's is universally good but this location in particular is absolutely fantastic. No matter how busy it is the service is fast and the food is everything you would hope for after 5 minutes in a drive-thru (always fresh, never frozen). And speaking of, the people who staff the drive-thru window are great. Even if I'm the 97th car in line they are polite and kind and professional. If the fries are going to take a minute they have me pull into a parking space and within moments I have extremely hot, delightfully fresh fries in my car. I've reached the point where it hardly matters where I am when I'm headed home; this Wendy's is the only place I stop before...
