We did a mobile order got there to pick it up and they told us they couldn't make our food, so when I asked about the money I spent on the food portion and getting a refund they said they couldn't give us a refund we had to reach out to the help line for that or we could leave our name for the next visit.. and this isn't the first time this has happened. So after waiting in the drive thru line for 10 mins then deciding to just go inside and grab it and waiting for another 10 mins I was basically told they didn't have 3/4 of my order and there wasn't anything they could do about it. And you honestly think I want you to take my name down for "next" time, there will not be a next time. And trust me I get the world is short staffed but maybe take the option to buy food off your mobile order if you can't make the food, or maybe don't have your 3rd person go outside to smoke when your drive thru line is wrapped around and your parking lot is full because it's the MIDDLE of breakfast rush.
Oh and of course the "help" line for the app isn't responding... this experience is ridiculous and I think I'd rather drive 20 mins out of my way and hit Starbucks then deal...
Read moreI'm going to leave a 2 because normally I don't have any issues with this location. It's busy, but what coffee shop isn't? This morning however was horrible. It wasn't busy for once and I was in a hurry. The young lady working window got rather rude with me after she dropped my exact change. I would have gladly picked it up, but I am due next month and I wouldn't have been able to fit between my car and the building. So I reached to my passenger side to get more change. Instead she made a bit of a scene, but ended up replacing my change herself out of the tip cup. I could have overlooked this had I had no other issues. But instead she shoved my bag at me and very sarcastically told me to have a good day. When I finally arrived at my destination I was thrilled to finally get to eat. But when I opened my bag I found this... Which wasn't what I ordered to begin with, and the presentation was horrible. I ended up feeding it to my doggo. So I suppose not all was lost. But it was definitely disappointing to say the least. I've never had such problems with this location. I really hope it doesn't...
Read moreThere is absolutely no reason why there should only be two employees on a Sunday morning at 9:30. I was told there was only two employees because of labor cost. Just in the time I was there I saw two people leave because of slow service. They were doing the best they could, but since you guys are a greedy corporation, you only had two people staffed. If you guys saw the bigger picture of having adequate staffing to where you could serve more customers in shorter period of time and having less people getting angry and leave. that's how you lose customers and lose more money in the long run. Also that showing that you don't care about the employees that you do staff because of the stress that you are putting on them buy expecting them to run all areas of the store front counter drive-thru the food and make the drinks. That is way too much for two people to do, especially on a Sunday morning when everyone wants coffee and donuts. The coffee there is trash anyways but it's one of the only options people have on a Sunday in Mount Gilead. They should have put a Tim Hortons and instead...
