McDonald's — Restaurant in Gilead Township

If I could I would give them a zero. We just had the worst customer service. My husband and I went through the drive through and we pulled around and paid. But then when we came to the second window these two ladies were beyond rude and the worst part was one of them was a manager. They had asked us what our order was four times and then after that my husband handed the the receipt. Then they gave us a bag and they had shorted us an item that we clearly paid for because it was on the receipt they said we was going to have to pay for it and she was trying to charge us extra for the item. We told them no and it was on our receipt but they refused to look at it and made us pull forward to get it. Then that manager came out and rudely handed to my husband and said "I guess we will give it to you since you didn't pay for it" and again we tried to show her and she rolled her eyes and walked away while we was still trying to talk to her.keep in mind we have been in this town my whole life and I have never had this. Yes they mess up your order almost everytime and they may not even give you everything u pay for but this is by far the worst thing we have delt with. So unprofessional...

Horrible experience. I ordered biscuits and gravy, a sausage burrito, a mcgriddle meal and a big breakfast with hotcakes. I get to pick up my order and was only provided with a soda. I was told to wait in reservation spot 1, which I did for 20 minutes. Every other car that was waiting after me or waiting in the drive through after me for 20 minutes received all of their food before me. Cars that were in the reserve spot 2/3 and parked there AFTER me also received their food before me. I was told they were waiting on biscuits and gravy to be made and there were 4 of us that ordered. Even though I was the first, I was still served the LAST out of everyone that was waiting or in the drive thru. This is horrible customer service. I was told when I complained that I need to use the name FREEDOM to get 2 free meals, but they don't have the cards for me to prove it. I get home and I am missing the sausage burrito and the mcgriddle. This is completely unacceptable. I waited 20 minutes and for everyone to be serviced before me and the food wasn't even right. Service and customer service is absolutely awful and if the teenage workers that want to complain about having to use credit cards and not wanting to do their jobs, they should at least have the decency to close the window or simply not have the responsibility of having a job, and they got my order wrong and when they "corrected it" they still got it wrong and when I went home the nuggets were shorted and with my "Happy" meal and I selected what type of toy I wanted on the app, they gave me a different toy for a differnt age group and gender!! every time I get McDonald's I always say I'm never coming here again and I normally don't for many many many month's but the kid wanted nuggets ... I gave McDonald's ONE last chance because I never tried the app and DIDN'T want the have to wait over 10 minutes so I used the app and waited until the app said it was completed so I went inside my order was not completed nor the frappe wasn't even started and messed up and done again I still waited OVER TEN MINUTES even using the app 0/100 NEVER GIVING MCDONALD'S ANOTHER CHANCE EVER AGAIN plus ...
