Lady on the mic "Welcome to Dunken, what would like?" Me "I have a coupon for 1 free donut with purchase, I would like a small 20 ounce coffee, no sugar, no cream." Lady - "What type of donut?" Me - "AAaa I would like a glazed donut with chocolate" Lady - "you would like a double glazed donut?" Me - "Double? No single is just fine, a single glazed donut with chocolate" Lady - "Ok so, you want a glazed donut with sprinkles" Me - "No, just one single glazed donut with chocolate, no sprinkless" Lady - "Ok, you want two chocolate donuts?" Me - "Oh my gaud, can't they afford a better microphone? I know it's a new building but how cheap are the owners? I said I want a single glazed donut with chocolate." Lady - "The mic is fine, you want a single single donut that is glazed with chocolate frosting on it or a chocolate glazed donut?" Me - "What's the differences?" Lady - "One is a chocolate cake donut that's glazed, and the other is a glazed donut with chocolate frosting on it." Me - "I'll take the the one with frosting on it." Lady - "Ok that'll be 1.19 at the window"
...... the digital sign said it was 2.38 at the window. I thought it was odd, but I gave her my card and coupon anyways. She gave back the coupon and said, "Go ahead and hang on to that to next time." I got the one glazes non-cake donut with chocolate frosting and a small 20 ounce coffee, no sugar no cream. The bill came to 2.38.....
Me - "I thought you said it was $1.19?" Lady - "You ordered a large 20 ounce coffee, that's more than $1.19." Me - "But 20 ounces is small, what's the one for 1.19?" Lady - "That's the small coffee, it's only 10 ounces. It's really tiny" Me, I go to hand back the 20 ounce large coffee for a small coffee and she refuses. Lady - "No just keep it, I'll need your card to debit." Me, I hand my card back and she hands the card and receipt back stating 2.39 ... and I waited. She asked "what I was waiting for ... I'm waiting for the correct receipt which shows I paid 1.19." Lady - "I gave your order for free, that's the receipt showing you got your order for free."
I looked at the last receipt and it was (2.38) ... which meant negative ... only in accounting do they use those terms. I apologized and hung my head in shame as I left with my free 20 ounce LARGE coffee and single glazed chocolate frosted donut. This is only the second time I've gone to Dunkin' Donuts ... and if America Runs on Dunkin' .... then I know how to Make America...
   Read moreI ordered inside due to long line in the drive thru and WOW did I regret that almost immediately, however I started preaching faith to myself because we'll you know the flesh can be vicious at times. So I ordered at the counter where the young lady taking my order must have also been on break because honey nothing came in between her and her bag of chips that she was enjoying! Literally, her crunch was so loud and crunchy that I almost asked for one....LOL she had those chips sounding good I almost cancelled my order and went nextdoor to buy chips instead. đ¤ Anyways, so I eventually received my order but while waiting for my order I was watching her take other customers orders you know, just observing, passing time, and this girl told a customer that HE COULDN'T READ Y'ALL! I guess he said one of their fancy shmancy specialty drinks WRONG. Like Macchiato.... And he pronounced it like ( Ma-Chi-Toe ) or something like that but my bottom lip hit the floor y'all! I felt like I was being punked looking around like a nut waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop out. Welp..... that never happened. Thankfully, my order was called within a couple seconds from her brilliant remark to that paying guest and I high tailed outta there y'all, the tires on my car started SMOKIN AND FUNK'N so your girl right heređ won't return to DUNKIN'.    Read moreHonestly? Been coming here in and off for awhile, since 2020 more regularly back then, this place has gone to hell. At first it was things where mostly correct, fairly often things would be messed up, but the biggest issue was the stuff with horrible attitudes I mean from the beginning of your interaction, they just where awful, spoke to a manager once because this one employee would snatch card speak disrespectfully and and literally threw my food into my car while I was tucking my card back into my wallet and shoved my drink into my hand, the manager proceeded to agree this wasnât a issue I wasnât even mad or rude to her explained in a normal voice that sorta behavior would lose them customers., didnât return for a while after that one. Came back maybe six months later and either got someone elseâs order or they just messed up that bad. So here we are like a year and half later driving to the airport need some caffeine before I pick up my friend, show up a hour and a half after they opened, no response on intercom, okay try to go inside, doors locked, okay, wait 10 minutes, pull back through. âHello?â

Funnily enough this was actually the THIRD Dunkin today I went too that was not open on time.
