WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, EVER, EVER, EVER DUE TO UNRULY CONTROL FREAK WOMAN AT WINDOW. On 3/24/24 around 4:30pm ordered an 8 piece nugget combo (fries and drink)because I had an online coupon. Window service lady told me to drive in front and my order would be brought to me. (side bar she did not ask me what side I wanted and she gave me the wrong drink in drive thru). Waited 10 mintues in front and saw three other cars go through drive thru that did not have to park up front. I drove back around to the customer service window and said it had been 10 minutes, no food and I wanted my money back. Keep in mind NO CARS BEHIND ME. NO OTHER PEOPLE WAITING. The woman kept insisting I drive back up front to wait to get my money back. I said NO I would wait right there and I want my money back. NO ONE waiting and it will only take 60 seconds for the transaction. She called to a gentleman by the kitchen that didnt even know what the order was. He came to the window, asked for my card to return my money. Meanwhile this woman kept slamming the slide window and yelling at me and to the gentleman that I was uncooperative and he needed to call the police because I would not pull in front which of course then meant I would have to get out of my car, go into the lobby and wait God knows how long to get my money back. Read moreI don’t know who to get into contact with, but Uber won’t help me and they say that it’s the restaurant that needs to but the food that I received today even though I live not too far from here the guy the Uber driver picked it up and came straight to my house yet my food was soggy and ice cold. The chicken had no flavor and the fries were so overcooked that I had to not and pull at them to break them in half and they were also extremely salty. The mac & cheese was dried out slightly and ice cold, mashed potatoes and gravy or ice cold and the biscuits were like room temperature with the timeframe that they were Preparing the food The Uber driver got there before the food was being prepared and then he drove straight to my house after he picked it up, so there shouldn’t be a reason why my food is cold! Read moreI went here in 9/24/22 tried to order online and kept getting the clocking tried a few times. I tried to call the store line was busy. I finally got in the car and drove to the store. I went through the drive thru. I placed my order when I went to order drinks was told they had no kind of Tea and no ice. I ordered 2 sodas. Took a little bit to get the order which was a 5 pcs of Memphis hot tenders meal, a 3 piece tenders meal, mac&cheese, cold slaw and biscuits. Received my order. When I arrived at home I opened my 3 pcs tenders dinner You could not really tell what 2 of them were they were cooked to the point the looked like some kind of a dark chew for a dog. I had 1 good tender and hardly any fries the Mac and cheese was very warm the Pepsi I received was hot and flat. It was the most worse meal I have ever received.
