So i happened to be in the area & my family wanted burgers, we stopped by this location thinking it'd be a quick treat before returning to running errands. We waited almost an hour for three simple seeming enough items they even asked us to pull forward into a parking space that they would bring it out. Finally the bags come & i start checking to make sure everything is right when i noticed we were missing half of what we ordered. The girl looked confused then asked for my reciept which i gave & showed the contents of both bags to be missing parts of what i asked for. She then took the receipt and walked away, so i placed the bag with the glazed chicken tenders i ordered in the pasenger floor board. She came back and asked for my reciept that I'd just handed her which i explained and she looked at me and really told me i didn't. I showed her my bag my purse under my seat everything i said no ma'am you just walked away with it so then she turns and walks off comes back with an attitude and holds it up asking if it's mine i even showed her my card number to help confirm it was. She then asks for the bag of chicken tenders and fries she'd originally given me at least 5mins prior, keep in mind these have been sitting next to my passenger's feet AND have been opened to inspect since there were things missing, i told her that it was part of my order again going to the receipt and she says well those aren't for you your order also had a burger. So i tried to stay calm and again said they were part of my order that i wasn't missing i still needed a burger, an order of fries and a drink. She stood there at my window insisting that she needed the bag back even after seeing i paid for them so i handed it through the window and she again stormed off for the third or forth time. At this point it was clear the car next to us was experiencing problems with their food as well seeing as they'd been sitting alongside us just as long. Finally we get the corect order brought out without an apology or so much as a complementary pie for the wait. Whether the girl was new or not she definitely shouldn't have allowed someone's order to sit in my car for that long then walk away only to come back to retrieve it. It bothered me so much that i threw my chicken away when it arrived as we were leaving since i couldn't in good conscience eat it not knowing who'd had it before me or what an unassuming customer could have...
Read moreThere's an old saying: Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity. This adage is certainly born out at this store. When you pull into the drive-through, you are greeted by a bot. She (it) is pleasant, and had no trouble taking my order correctly. Then things turned sour. The person at the drive-through window was indifferent at best. He had his hoodie on, hood pulled over his head & face so you couldn't see his eyes. He stuck his hand through the window, and it was up to me to make sure my card was placed in his hand. He processed it, then said "receipt". I guessed, apparently correctly, that he was asking if I wanted my receipt. I said "yes", and he handed it through the window without bothering to look in my direction. I'm not sure he wasn't a bot as well. If he was, he sure wasn't as helpful as the one that took my order. No "thank you", no nothing. I was dismissed. I got to the second window, and the young fellow there was slightly more pleasant, although it's a pretty low bar at this point. He handed me my order with a "there you go", and again, I was dismissed. In the photo's below, you'll see my receipt. You can also see the production tag for my order. Both of them clearly say "NO Tartar Sauce". You can also see what passes for no tartar sauce at this facility. My sandwich is drenched in tartar sauce. I can't help but feel I'm being punished for interrupting them while they were on TikTok. I won't make this...
Read moreI personally do not enjoy McDonalds. The only time I go is to get something for my wife every once in a while. I'm not exaggerating when I say this, 7 out of 10 times, when going through the drive-thru, I get home & hand my wife her order & it is incorrect, which is absolutely unacceptable. You'd think by now, whenever I'm going through the drive-thru at McDonald's, I would check the order before leaving the parking lot, but I shouldn't have to worry if the order is correct, right? There have been times when I've remember to check the order, like when I've been able to go from placing the order, to paying then going to the 2nd window to pick the order up within 5 to 7 minutes. The times that I've forgotten to check the order is when I have literally been waiting 10 to 15 minutes at the order pick-up window & then get the ridiculous excuse, "Sorry for your wait we've just been extremely busy and are shot-handed." Great/Good customer service is when you aren't given an "excuse" at all, because it is not my problem. Being able to provide your customers Great/Good customer service is fixing the problem and maybe providing your customer(s) a discount on their meal or a coupon for a truly free item, not a coupon for a so called "free" item where you have to buy something in order to use...
