It was not what I expected. I was on a desperate hunt for a smoothie, which are thin on the ground in Gladstone. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING A SMOOTHIE! Complex menu ordering item that involves an aloe shot, a tea, and then for extra you can also get a shake. I never quite figured out what the shake was for but I was really looking for something for inflammation as I have rheumatoid arthritis. They did have some pills but got to be honest I had my heart set on a smoothie. Everyone was really nice, the place is really clean. A shot of aloe (tasted like flavored water) Is done there at the counter, then you get your flavored tea and your shake. I went with the raspberry tea which tasted nothing like raspberries and was more of a weak flavored tea. Seem to be geared towards weight loss and nutrition as opposed to holistic type remedies. The aloe shot and tea cost less than five bucks and when you add a smoothie it's $9. I'm sure it's great for weight loss and energy boosting but it just wasn't what I was looking for and I'm still craving that damn...

North Oak Nutrition wasn’t the first nutrition place I tried, the others almost ran me off. One club was making their root beer float shakes as actual root beer floats, another was using dollar store drink flavor packets and very watered down. NON made me a believer after the first trip well over a year ago now!

I’m in here everyday almost now for a delicious tea! They are always changing the menus up with weekly and seasonal specials. All of their drinks are colorful, full of flavor, and a delightful healthy treat! They even have protein balls which are really similar (in my opinion) to eating a ball of cookie dough that is actually good for you!
