Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Gladstone

Worst service ever!!! I HAD TO BAG MY OWN 2 LITER MYSELF PER MANAGER. On top of that, I had to listen, in the whole 30 seconds I was in the store before being rushed out, to the staff's conversation of their personal lives which included sex, and I quote "baby daddy" drama, among other things clearly not appropriate for a work setting. Literally ordered 20 minutes beforehand, when I got there the pizza was COLD. I asked for a copy of receipt, and somewhere between being rushed out and grabbing my 2 liter that I had ordered, guy didn't give me my receipt. I unfortunately didn't realize it until I got home. I just recently moved to the area from Westport, and I am SO BEYOND UNSATISFIED with the service that I will happily drive myself back down to Westport to get my favorite pizza. At least the staff in Westport get your order correct, it's warm when you pick it up/ have it delivered, you don't have to pick your own items that you ordered, and the staff are friendly and courteous unlike this trailer park location. I seriously think I would have had better service dining in an alleyway. The staff looked like they hadn't bathed in days and the one of them seriously needs to shave his facial hair (it's almost to his chest, which is completely unacceptable per industry codes). The fact alone that I had to heat up my order at home should be enough to turn you away from this location, if not, please reread the above. I hope corporate sees this because some serious work needs to be done...

So I call to order some wings. Immediately put on hold. Call from my business phone and he takes my order but tells me it's going to be an hour and a half to fry some wings dump sauce on them and drive them less than a mile down the street. I tell him that's ok I'll just come get them. I show up they are switching shifts. He takes my order. I go next door grab something come back their ready but he doesn't say anything. I ask and some other guy hands them to me. Get home they taste like they are old. Not very hot and just something off. Not to mention black on the outside and no way they had enough time to cook while I stepped next door. Terrible service. They just don't want to deliver wings. Terrible location. Will never eat papa johns again. But I will let corporate know how their franchise...

Ordered a pizza tonight just before store closed for orders. Tracker stated order was received, then that it was on its way. Finally stated that order had been delivered, but nobody ever came to the door. When I went to see if it was left on the porch (again, as nobody ever came to the door), I found nothing there. So, I was charged for an order that was never delivered... potentially never even made. Couldn't call the store as it's after hours. Couldn't call the customer service line as it's after hours, too. Literally have never had this happen before and this is easily the worst experience I've ever had doing something as simple as ordering pizza. Will never order from this location again and will be disputing...
