McDonald's — Restaurant in Glasgow

An hour or two i had came in to get one of those 1.49 any size frie so i got the large fries said no salt i counted my money also gave the female cashier my change including all my pennys too I gave her 1.70 she tried saying i gave her 1.30 but she was dropping the coins like crazy i don't think she picked up all the money the people behind me saw me counting my money too they saw me give her the 1.70 than i came back asked if i could refill my drink the nice lady said yes i can and the other lady with the curly hair up in a pony tail or bun wasn't nice i heard her telling the other lady to give me back the coupons for the hamburgers i told her no i don't need them she didn't listen to me when i said i already have more in the car and i don't need them as i put the coupons on the counter by the donuts and register i said i told you no i don't need them and it's not gonna stop me from calling corporate for mcdonald's on them I'm not happy with the person who does the food and takes orders sometimes she's just not nice the curly hair one who doesn't wear glasses the one who wears glasses she is always nice to me please revaluate your workers at the check stand and drive thru window as well as the one who makes food on how to treat people and approach people with special needs cause i have learning disabilities and neither of them don't know how to treat people like me right and i didn't take the coupons there by the donut tray where the registers are...

Came here to get some overnight food for me and fiancé, it was around 2 am ish when I was ordering,

Proceeded to tell me they weren’t making quarter pounders for the night so I was like okay weird,

Ice cream machines shut off couldn’t make them either so I settled for

10 piece nuggets, 2 triple cheeseburger plain The number 7 meal And a large coke

The number 7 meal wasn’t the worst.

But the nuggets and the triple cheeseburgers were awful

I went back to get fresh nuggets AND THEY TOOK THE Nuggets back and threw em into the warmer.

The night shift is extremely lazy, will close the drive though and get paid to do nothing!

Definitely health code violations and will be calling health INSPECTORS!

The nuggets tasted like they made em “fresh” That morning, keep in mind it was 2 am so they tasted like they sat in the bottom of the warmer forever and a few of the nuggets were JUST breading! The picture shows how...

I see good reviews so maybe they’re just having a bad morning today? But holy cow it was slow moving! Everyone was waiting around it wasn’t just us. All I ordered was a medium iced caramel mach. After getting tired of waiting I checked the time & we’d already been waiting 17 mins, so I asked about it thinking maybe somehow they didn’t receive my order but I was told it was put up on counter already? We were standing there the entire time & no one put any coffee up on counter. So now 20 minutes into waiting she finally puts my coffee up, smh, & I was given a large reg iced coffee with so much cream it looked white. So I called her back over to counter telling her it was the wrong coffee. Ughhhhh 27 mins later we’re finally walking out of McDonald’s… 27 mins for a coffee. & no they were not swamped with customers. The icing on the cake? No one could say “hey sorry about that, or hey have a nice day”, nothing....
