The new and improved Taco Bell stands out not just for its upgraded menu options, which are a delightful twist on classic favorites, but also for the value you get from the service. Yes, the prices may reflect the enhanced quality, but the service—always delivered with a smile—is priceless.
In a world where fast food is often synonymous with haste and impersonality, Taco Bell breaks the mold. It’s a place where you’re not just another order number; you’re a valued guest whose day they aim to make a little brighter.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the new and improved Taco Bell to anyone seeking not just a meal, but an experience. The food is better, the atmosphere is inviting, and the smiles are free. In the end, isn’t that what dining out about
Taco Bell really stepped up...
Read moreJuly 24th around 10:20-10:30am I went to Taco Bell and order 2 breakfast crunch wraps with no eggs on both of them, I don’t know her name, but the girl that was taking orders in drive thru also took my order on front counter. I specifically told her no eggs on them and said it was because I was allergic to eggs. She accidentally only rang one up with no egg and said she’d make sure to let them know it’s both. I told her to please also let them know I’m allergic, she said okay to it like she was gonna tell them. With me still standing right there she says loud enough for me to hear that both crunch wraps are with no eggs but yet again didn’t say ANYTHING about my allergens even though I said something multiple times, so I was like ok maybe they just got on line and will make mine first. NOPE I watched them make a different order first so I stepped outside to tell my gf about what happened was only outside a couple secs I went back in than watched them make multiple other orders. I had to wait like 5-10 mins on my food so they could make other orders. Knowing I told her about my allergen. So once I did get my food and went outside, my gf than proceeded to go in and ask for a manager, and was then given attitude by the manager, she explained to her the situation telling them she just didn’t want them killing me sense I’m HIGHLY ALLERGIC and if your that allergic not changing gloves CAN kill you! It wasn’t the persons fault on line because NO ONE ever told her! So it was the persons fault in the front window, but than the person on line wanted to lie and say she just got on line and hadn’t made anything yet, I knew that was a lie because I stood there for my food for like 5-10 mins and I watched them make MULTIPLE ORDERS before even getting to mine and than I watched them not change there gloves! I just think that is soooo unprofessional and this place is gonna end up killing someone doing stuff like that, I just pray it ends up not being a...

If you need a refund, don't bother trying to go through the official routes if you order through the app. They will not reply or respond to you unless your card company does the fighting for you. I did not receive food on 11/25 but paid. They did nothing on calls, emails, visits. My bank got my money back in a few days once I disputed the trans. Today, 1/18, I just received a response from Corp that they are processing my refund. Failure on every level. It's a shame because I love their food. Imagine taking 2 months to reply to a ticket. Way too many improvement opportunities from the untrained store employees, who were the only ones I could ever talk to, the nonexistent managers who hide when they are needed, the invisible store leadership, the useless online systems, and the late and apathetic corporate response. I just wish that I was privvy to whether or not any one single person in the chain actually cared to do the right thing. I had no champion. I had no voice.
I challenge leadership to make known the issues and their response. Let's hear your side. I dare you to take ownership.
