I ordered my food over an hour ago! I kept up with all the notifications saying the establishment had my order, etc, etc, etc... So after waiting over an hour for my food I called their office. The first girl I talked to cant remember her name I guess got tired of talking to me so she handed the phone to her manger, Betty I do believe her name was. Betty preceded to tell me she couldnt give me my money back because the order was already on its way. No mind you I had already gone to Taco Bell and ordered food and brought it back home and ate, and still hadn't gotten my $80 plus dollar order from Applebee's. I informed Betty I wanted my money back I didn't want the food and she got very hateful and stated that I would be put on the ban list and never be able to order again. Well THANK YOU! Service is mostly good. Hit or miss sometimes. Abysmal customer service. I had one friend get blacklisted because of a drivers mistake. I had another friend who tried to cancel an order and they brought it anyway after he tried multiple avenues to get ahold of someone.

One time we had a driver who forgot to take our money. We called them 3 or 4 times to let them know, but never got a response so we just said whatever. The next time we ordered, the driver shows up with a receipt from the last order. Their income is largely tip based, and the higher ups made this driver, who had NOTHING to do with the last mess up, come clean up a mess and lose out on potential earnings. I have a very hard time supporting a business that does that.

This delivery service is was over priced and fore’s you to pay tips that aren't worth it half the time. The foods always wrong and you may or may not get your food in a timely manner it all depends if they delivered it to the right address. Why so many restaurant's in town use this over door dash I’ll never know. At least with door dash you get your food on time and it’s usually more accurate. You can then choose if your dasher gets a better tip or not. Sokey needs to get it together … I will say they are sending us a new order but it’s kinda to late considering our lunch breaks are scheduled around our guests and when you order hour half a head of time you expect to be able to eat on time.
