It’s such a shame because the idea of an overnight restaurant is appealing when you work overnights. However, they don’t know how to run it at all. I ordered a simple chicken tender platter and a milkshake over the phone with the actual staff. They sounded very distracted and had to put the phone down twice before completing my order. Should’ve been red flag #1. They told me 35 minutes, cool. I ordered at 12:28 AM. 1:20 AM came, I called to check on it and they just said it was coming to me. I am literally a 4 minute drive from this place. I expected maybe at most another 10 minutes but no, 25 minutes passed. Finally the driver called, my boyfriend took over the call, had to stand out in the cold for another 15 minutes with the driver on the phone to direct him to where we live. The driver still couldn’t find where we were. We are in an apartment complex. The driver said he drove around the whole place (it’s just a circle), but he didn’t. My boyfriend had to walk to find him and he didn’t have a mask on. So much for contactless delivery. 🙄 we called to speak to the manager immediately after receiving the food. It was lukewarm, my milkshake was straight liquid and foam. They lied saying the manager wasn’t there and wouldn’t let us speak to the manager even though we heard her in the background talking. We finally got her on the phone after 10 minutes of arguing with the previous staff, and she is the rudest nastiest person ever. Asked for a refund and she refused and had a lot of smart a** remarks to say. “Why didn’t you return it then if the food wasn’t hot?” Hmmm maybe because we had to walk and find the driver to even get our food. “Why would you put your milkshake in the freezer?” Because it was like water and it needed to actually be milkshake consistency. 🤦🏽‍♀️ among other comments. This was absolutely hands-down the best place for pizza I have ever had. I have been searching high and low for some good pizza and I have not found a place until now me and my husband last night after both working at restaurants came home to nothing to eat and nothing to make to eat so we Eenie Meenie Miny mood it through GrubHub and with the strike of luck we hit a hidden gem. I am Beyond impressed with the quality ingredients I had my mind up that I was taking a leap of faith and rolling the dice with a place that opens so late at night and boy can I tell you hi Waze happily and surprisingly satisfied I ordered one slice of cheese pizza and I wish I would’ve ordered two large pizzas instead I am literally counting down for their delivery hours to open just so I can order that pizza from last night I won’t even be there to eat it because as I said earlier I cook for a living so I will be at work but I will be specially knowing that I have that Delicious food waiting for me IM two steps away from calling the company to speak with the owner just to express my sincere love and content for the food. From this day forward I will never go to another pizza place except this one it is something with the sauce they don’t just put it on the pizza they put it on other things and it is absolutely phenomenal it’s 100% perfect there is nothing they can do or change that will make it any better than what it is right now I am completely satisfied and I will be sure to the express this to anybody with taste buds and they need to eat good food this is top-notch quality food and the craziest part is is that the latest time of the night where you expect food to be absolutely disgusting however this food is anything but that Had to to the person who cooks his food or who’s told this person how to cook this food it is...

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. On so many different levels they were awful. Now the food was good. But the actual staff and delivery service is the worst I ever dealt with. On 2 occasions I can talk about. The 1st time I ordered a simple burger and specifically asked for no cheese. Easy order. Then after waiting for an hour to get my food when I did it was wrong. So I called back to get it corrected they acted like it was an inconvenient for then to deliver my food and when they did it took another hour for me to actually get it. So 2 hours for a simple burger.

The 2nd time I ordered pizza for my family. We were told it would be here within an hour. But guess wasnt here in an hour? Conos pizza. 1.5 hours later they show up. We called them multiple times to get a time check and we were told 2-3 it should be there. But guess who wasnt?! Conos! Shocker. When I called and spoke to the manager be said the rain caused a delay. Oh and btw I live 5 minutes from there. He then insisted that he doesnt want to have more then 1 delivery driver and didnt care about my concerns. He made it seem like it wasnt his problem. I never felt so disrespected. All in all stay away. Food might be good but they have a staff that doesnt care about you...
