Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Glassboro

It’s not Rita’s just this location Very dirty trash along the perimeter of the building and the dumpster overflowing with trash loose and visible in clear bags on one of the hottest days of the week that was the FIRST red flag … I get to the stand and the cashier was nice but she took way too long to make a small water ice and concrete but I will give her the benefit of the doubt because although both windows were open she seemed to be doing most of the work herself.. My second issue was the water ice was disgusting and I’ve never had that happen I got 3 flavors mixed and none of them were right HOW??? I tried to let it slide I’m like Okay fine whatever but then I noticed my spoon was dirty and that was the 2nd red flag for me wont give an opportunity for a 3rd I will take the drive to mantua next time .. Complete waste of money and major disappointment nothing beats a cold water ice on a hot day I sat mines in the cup holder of my back seat...

Rita’s as a whole is a rip off. Their LARGE CUP is 12 oz. Looks like a taste test cup.

This location in particular has great workers. They are friendly and the counters are always clean.

I am giving this location a 3 because of the parking lot. There are so many deep potholes & big rocks all throughout the parking lot, it’s impossible not to hit one coming in or out of the lot. It’s been this way for years....

Overall experience was amazing definitely definitely try Rita's they are famous for a reason. Be careful there are a lot of bugs outside we had plenty of ants on the bench we were sitting on so we had to go back and sit in our cars but overall that is not something that they can control. I would definitely recommend the store to do some insecticide spray outside area so people can sit and enjoy...
