Oh, what a delightful morning adventure at Dunkin' Donuts! 🍩 After our riveting Fajar prayer session, we embarked on a quest for the ultimate donut satisfaction. Bright and early at the crack of 6:00 AM, we thought we'd catch the donut magic, but lo and behold, the establishment was playing a game of hide and seek! 🕵️♂️ Apparently, in this era of high-tech wizardry, the concept of "open" still remains elusive to some.
Oh, but wait, the grand revelation! This isn't just any Dunkin' Donuts; it's the sophisticated hub where the donuts teleport from mysterious local warehouses! 🚀 Gone are the days of those hot apple cinnamon fritters that melted our hearts; now we're left to ponder the mysteries of these chilly, flavorless rings.
And in the midst of our culinary exploration, we stumbled upon the elusive French Curls donut, the stuff of legends! 🥐 With anticipation in our hearts, we placed our order, only to be hit with the cosmic truth that not all locations are privy to the wonders of the French Curls. A bitter truth served with a side of irony, had we known this, we'd have saved ourselves the trouble of the jukebox ordeal!
Entering the establishment was like stepping into a retro jukebox, minus the retro charm. 🎶 The music was so obnoxiously loud, we practically had to lip-read our order. After a mere few minutes, we realized we were cast in a modern-day melodrama, forced to endure the torment of blaring beats in our eardrums. Our brave plea to the "manager" for mercy was met with the most fascinating revelation: the volume knob is no longer a tangible object, but a remote-controlled phantom!
And so, we basked in the glory of 25 minutes that felt like a lifetime, an eternity of frozen donuts and tunes that infiltrated our sanity. 💀 Fear not, dear Dunkin', for we shall not grace your doorstep again! A solemn promise, sealed with the memory of chilly donuts, a symphony of discomfort, and the ultimate French Curls...
Read moreI see a lot of negative reviews about this location, but my children and I had such a wonderful experience recently that I had to share. I brought my children there for a special breakfast treat one morning and we were swiftly greeted and served by Beatriz. She was incredibly warm, kind, friendly, and patient as my little children, including a toddler, decided what they wanted to order. She interacted so sweetly with them, and even gave them extra treats. She made sure our orders were correct, double checking with the other person who made my coffee. She continued to show kindness and warmth for the rest of our visit and shared her enthusiasm about our return. I have to say this was the best interaction I have had at any DD ever, upstanding another favorite interaction at a DD (from a previous review of mine; I confess I have had many a DD visit in my life.) Beatriz is an absolute asset to your organization and I highly recommend and request that she be acknowledged for her professionalism and exceptional customer service, and be considered for leadership, promotion, and a raise as she deserves it. Beatriz, thank you for being the wonderful human being that you are. You are one of those unique individuals that has me reflecting on how this world would be a much better place if more people found joy in their jobs and in their interactions with others as you had in your encounter with me and my...
Read moreHad to ask for the price of order at the window after the associate asked for my payment - 1 star deducted.
Coffee was forgotten at the window, ketchup was not provided with hash browns, so I had to drive back after realizing I had no go juice - 2 stars deducted.
Was given the missing coffee ensured hot and a free donut by an associate + 1 star added back.
Arrived at my destination after saving the best for last and came to find my Avocado Bacon Toast was, well, just Avocado Toast. Devastating - 1 star deducted. (Picture attached, paid for bacon)
Maybe I should have checked every single item while holding up those behind me, maybe the crew needs to be trained on reading comprehension, maybe I actively avoid Dunkin' altogether at this rate.
Contacted customer service regarding both at each time of realization, was given 500 points in the app per complaint. 5 free likely pre-made frozen donuts, one from the location and 4 from corporate, is a step in the right direction, but next time I want bacon on my toast I'll still have to pay full price for it. Think about that.
America used to run on Dunkin' Donuts, it's harder to trust you to help us wake up if we have to double check every single item we order on our way to wherever...
