Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Glencoe

I'm so glad we have a Domino's Pizzeria near Glencoe now! This is by far the greatest Dominos pizza I've had in awhile. The only thing that was a bit annoying when I went to pickup my order, was that the music was really loud as soon as you walk in. The cashier and I had to repeat ourselves, because we couldn't hear each other. I need to be able to know what the cashier is saying, especially when it comes down to the total cost of my order. Maybe as a suggestion lower the music a bit down to where everyone can hear eachother and enjoy the music. But other than that the food and staff are great!🍕❤️👍🏻

Edit: lowering my 5 star down to a 3 star. I went on the app today to order my family dinner. I get there and the man tells me they just put it in the oven that it’ll be 10 more minutes. He proceeded to tell me I needed to turn back around into the drive thru line. Well I did. I get to the drive-thru window a second time. And a different man tells me it’ll be 10 more minutes. I snapped and told him that’s what the other man told me earlier… 10 minutes ago! I demanded a refund and went to pizza hut. I don’t like liars or the new workers that work there. It chaps my hide that when I order delivery, the call center I’m routed to for my order is in the Philippines. Corporate establishments don’t even hire American anymore. You can’t even call in to a particular service place. I’m just going without lunch next time I can’t drive out somewhere. Everyone, support American small business, pizza owned places like Tre Ragazzi’s and Maters. An order of 8 wings and cinnamon twists were $30. You’d think with the cheap labor it’d be less costly.

Your explanation below brought new light to why your shop feels less personable as it should. I appreciate your honesty and commitment to explanation. It seems to me you are making an effort to service customers expectations. For that you get my apology. Gave one star so I could share my experience—I can’t speak to the quality of the food, because I was unable to order. Impossible. Tried online and got a perpetual status bar. Switched to the app and had the order cancelled twice at checkout due to a “general error.” I wasn’t quite disgusted enough…so I decided to try them out on the phone. Gave my order to a robot, then held for a human. Human answers the phone after some time and confirmed my order…then tells me his system shows the store is closed. Wasted about 20-30 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back just trying to order a pizza. I drove by there out of curiosity and saw that the place was WIDE OPEN. Delivery drivers were coming in and out, kitchen full of workers. I wonder how they are receiving delivery orders? The phone number I called was (256) 269-1100.
