I have been to this particular location on many occasions. Today was my last. I first approached the counter to a young man who never once greeted or smiled at me. I began to place my order. First with a croissant. The cashier gives me my total. I let him know I'm not done ordering. I then order my coffee and again he cuts me off with the total. I sternly let him know I was still not done with my order. I proceed, 2 more items, pay and on my way to get my coffee, donuts and croissant. As I sit there and wait for my croissant I was able to finish 2 donuts and over half of my ex large cup of coffee. And watch 3 people come in behind me pay and exit. I then approach the I believe manager on duty. I ask for my croissant and she seems clueless to the question I asked. Then a guy grabs a bag, hands it to me an apologizes. The weight of the bag was not consistent with one that would contain a croissant sandwich. I proceed to open the bag and find 2 bagels. I bring to the woman with whom I believe is the manager and state there are 2 bagels in the bag. She then opens the bag and says " these are bagels" At this point i had been there for 15 min. I told her to keep the sandwich and left in a very bad mood. So with all this being said. I will never go to this location again. And just to let you know. Read moreFrom about 2014-15, I was in this DD every day. Since then, I have seen many managers and service representatives come and go. Within this time, I have observed the quality of customer service, quality of hired employees, product availability, and store cleanliness continually and exponentially decline. I agree with the reviewer who mentioned the lack of inventory management. However, I'd like to include that it is not just the inventory at this location that cannot be managed. I disagree with the reviewer about the lines. There are other reasons why a customer would be waiting in lines which apply at this store (e.g., product unavailability, untrained employees, low interest in customer service, slow employees). I, too, observed this total disregard for Arizona statute as the leashed, NON-service dog was allowed to roam the customer tables, eating off the floor. Unbeknownst to its owner, the dog disobeyed orders, got up while its owner was in line at the counter, and eventually went back to where it had been told to stay. Read moreI have been coming to this location for a number of years. The service hasn’t been top notch but it’s progressively gotten worse. They mess up orders. They have you wait for 15 plus minutes in the drive through every time. There is 5 plus employees working every time. Today I ordered two coffees 1 sandwich a 10 specific munchkins. The rep in the window says here the sandwich you ordered but the receipt for your full online isn’t printing can you tell me what you ordered. So I inform her my full order. She then proceeds to tell me we don’t make one of the drinks hot they only come cold which is incorrect. Then I tell her I need the 10 munchkins she walks away goes and fills an order puts it down then proceeds to forget about my order. The other lady making coffee makes my hot coffee I ordered properly. And I sit for another almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to see me still sitting there finally the rep running the window notices me and I remind her I need my 10 pumpkin munchkins and she walks away mid sentence and when she comes back she gives me a 10 variety munchkins.
I understand that they are busy and have a lot going on but for someone to give me miss information multiple times and a wrong part of my order is tiring.
