I was standing waiting for 1 of the 8 people working (not exaggerating) take my order. Someone came in behind me a few moments later. The only person who could assist us decided that the customer who walked in behind us should go before us. She also decided it would be a good time to start flirting with and having a lengthy conversation with this customer. After the customerâs order was taken and he left I still waited an additional five minutes before anyone came to help us. The person who was helping the other customer simply walked off and didnât even acknowledge that we were there. three of the eight workers did look straight in the eye as they walked to buy before I had been helped and did not say one word or even say Iâm sorry itâll be a minute. They just looked at me and kept walking the lady who helped the customer that was a few minutes behind us, went to the back room. when we were finally helped, the person who came up to help us was different than the lady before and asked us if we had been helped yet. Seriously? This is the third time that I have been there in the morning and it just be a complete mess with no one knowing what theyâre doing. No one being able to help us and theyâre being several people working but just chatting amongst each other and not doing much. Wonât be coming back to this Duncan or maybe any for that matter. P.S. If you do decide to go to a Dunkin, do not order their chai latte. It is super milky and come to find out. They simply use chai flavored syrup and not actual chai. Concentrate...

I always thought people that wrote reviews were miserable. Itâs coffee, but experiences like todayâs makes you not want to go back. Drove up to the speaker ordered, and asked if she thought it was too sweet what I was ordering she said â I donât know. I donât drink coffeeâ Which then I said OK, thank you never mind since she answered so snippy like I was bothering her for asking. I Then ask what flavors of donuts do you guys have left for the day she said all of them I said what flavors I am not seeing the flavors on the menu. She sighed and then started telling me the flavors. I was quick to order because I knew she was already in a bad mood, and then I pulled up to the window and sheâs slamming things just huffing and puffing feels horrible and uncomfortable to feel like you are bothering them . I visited the place at 7:50 pm on the 16th and they treated me poorly, to be exact when they wanted...... the employees acting as if it did not exist, but it could be justified if they had many clients but there were no clients and they really don't have customer service. They serve you as if they were doing you a favor. Donkin Donuts still exists because of the fans who still buy there.... if they weren't already more than extinct.... but I SEE THAT IT DOESN'T MATTER THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU WRITE and dont waste your time upload pictures of the issues... there are several people who complain about the place and they are taking the freaking easyway don't SEE this.. finally it doesnt matter... but WHAT A SHAME...
