So me and the family (party of 7) came to this restruant and at first glance I was hesitant. But the reviews were okay and I thought let's give it a shot. I should have went with my gut feeling on this one. 77 Dollars later and alot of wasted food, panda express would have been better. I chomped down and this rock that was paired with my rice. I got a boneless bbq ribs they were more like beef Jerky and sweetend grease. Orange chicken was mush, teriyaki chicken was dry and tough. The noodles were hard and stale, I'm not sure how they made that possible with a noodle. So I kindly called and expressed my concerns. I told them the food was not worth the price and I would like replacement food that is fresh and would bring them the food back. The young man said no our foods good sorry you no like. I said well I don't like rocks in my food and your lucky I didn't chip a tooth or choke for God sake, he said that rock didn't come from the restruant. I mean come on really man just asking to get what I paid for and for 3 entrees and plain noodles and some veggie fried rice above 70 bucks your saying I'm getting good quality at that proce, not the trash that I was sold. So your earned my worst review I ever had to give and you definitely earned your...
Read moreSo, my husband and I were craving Chinese food. Since we didn't want chain fast food, we looked up places with high reviews. Grand Dragon showed up (in our area) with a 4.4 rating, the highest in our vicinity. We ordered our favorites, Szechaun beef and Kung Pao Shrimp. We like spicy, so we were really looking forward to our dinner! So much food!!!! Each order came with the main dish, Chow Mein, Fried rice, 1 egg roll and 2 crab puffs! (WOW!!) We also ordered extra crab puffs and an order of potstickers. Neither dish was spicy, and they both lacked flavor completely; the "fried rice" had no vegetables OR egg; the Chow Mein was plain, no meat or extras and the crab puffs seemed to lack crab but included sugar (yuck!!), these were so sweet, we saved them for dessert! Granted, there was so much food, (we like to save half or 2/3 of our dinner for extra meals the next day), but this time it all went in the garbage. :( This dinner left us STILL craving Chinese food and now we don't even have leftovers. Grand Dragon, PLEASE up your kitchen skills! We will try you again in...
Read moreI love this tiny, little Chinese restaurant. TLDR version: The food is delicious, great portion sizes, very friendly staff, and affordable prices.
I've been for both lunch and dinner and they have lots of selections and the combos are really great. They also have family style options as well. Hot Chinese tea is also available. I have tried the teriyaki chicken, sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork, sweet and sour chicken, egg foo young, and a few other dishes and they're all delicious. All the sides are great as well.
The staffs are always very friendly. The waiters are very attentive and I have never had to ask for a drink refill.
They have a large selection of lunch specials that are very affordable at only around 6 bucks. Even the dinner specials which are much larger portions are only a few dollars more.
I have always dined in, but they do have the option to call ahead and order take out as well. I highly recommend this little eatery. I have tried many Chinese places here in the Valley and this is by far...
