The time on the internet says they close at 8:30pm I started calling at 7:30pm and no answer so I drove 15mins to get there and once I got there at 7:58 they rudely walked to the door and locked it before I could get out my car to open it. I honked the horn to get the guys attention since he quickly turned away from the door without so much as a kind we are close gesture. He ignored the honk and proceeded inside and turned off the lights. I feel that that is the epitome of bad customer service and it is really sad because my family has been coming to this particular Long wings for years. Of course, I got the Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings! This was for friends, as I, myself, am Vegan. Once in awhile I cheat due to low blood sugar but I'll eat dairy; not meat. As usual my order was ready when I arrived and I could tell it was hot just by holding the bag. The restaurant was very clean. There were other diners eating or waiting for their food. There were some children present, but parents were not allowing misbehavior. This was nice to see. I paid with my Visa Debit Card. I was thanked and told to enjoy my dinner. This used to be A 5 star spot back when I started coming here about 20 yrs ago. While the cook is still putting out his same awesome wings. I've got an issue. They charge 2 dollars now for an extra ranch which would be tolerable for the thick bomb ranch they had but they now serve this watered down thin ranch that runs off. Crispy wing check flavor on point check wing dipping ranch FAIL. 2 out of 3 is a fail considering I paid 30 bucks for 25 wings and an extra ranch.
