I went through the drive thru this morning and being at about 6:45 am they only serve breakfast. Well I get there and they hadn't flipped the menus so I couldn't even tell what they had when ordering my food. Luckily I knew what I wanted before I got there, but when I asked if they could tell me what they had for kids, they were very vague and as I'm going towards the window they finally bring someone out to switch the signs. That wasn't that big of a deal. I get to the window to pay and the girl reads my order to me and said I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal. I said no everything else is correct but I ordered a sausage mcgriddle meal. And she says oh yeah that's what I meant. I go okay no big deal. She hands me my receipt and it says I ordered a McMuffin. So I knew by the time I got to the second window they would give me the wrong order. And sure enough. They tried to give me the food I'd ordered and a sausage McMuffin meal. I explained I didn't order that and I even told the girl at the first window. He fixes my order and even gave me the first order as an apology which I appreciated so thought nothing else of it. I just bit into the sausage McMuffin and I found a small bit of eggshell in it and lost my appetite. I didn't realize my meal was so difficult and I don't appreciate having to correct them 3 times and the girl just flat out ignores me and doesn't bother to correct their mistake making it difficult for everyone else. I get my food and start to inspect because I always ask for no onions, if you know McDonald's they get something wrong about every other time. I didn't see a sticker on my raper stating no onions. So I had to open it up. There wasn't any onions, but made sloppily and as I was trying not to get ketchup and mustard all over me I dropped burger. As I ask for a new one, the young, very young teenage boy with long hair and no hair net mind you, started to very lousy, while laughing at me to explain what just happened. And that they needed to make me another one. The manager Ms. Kami was right behind him during this interaction. I waited for my burger. We the very, very young teenage boy, without a hair net, handed me my burger, he stated sarcastically to be more careful with this one. I told him he was rude as hell. As sarcastic as possible he kicked me stating he was sooooo sorry. He didn't even hear me ask for his manager. Ms kami stated that he isn't normally rude, but she will talk with him. Ms. Kami the manager was behind him during the first encounter???

Read moreIDK what's been going on lately @ this location but I hope it stops! I've lived in the area for 20 years and this location has become the worst location, within the past 3 years. I will get in the dive thru lane and honestly, I will wait there for about 5 to a good 8 minutes, (5 different occasions) and no one will come on to ask what I would like to order or to even say just a moment please, I'd have to drive up to the window to place my order because no one came on! And all the times it was not even busy, I would understand more, if it would have been. The last 3 times the food was just terrible and inedible! Fish sandwich cold and hard, my fries cold and soggy and my 2 cheeseburgers were supposed to have no onions and it actually had extra! Don't even get me started on the customer service! I always feel, (at least in the afternoon) that I'm bothering them or inconvincing them! Some of the younger employees are just absolutely rude, absolutely rude, not personable not friendly, pretty much let me take your order and please leave, very rude and very disrespectful (in the afternoon, not early morning shift). The young employees are rolling their eyes when you ask for one sauce, a missing item or if you tell them your drink was wrong. Today "Judy," that's the name the manager gave me, was the one I dealt with, that was not friendly at all! I sat at the drive thru AGAIN, for a good 3-4 minutes, before she came on the speaker.
