McDonald's — Restaurant in Glendale

Came to McDonald's and order Thru the drive Tru a Bacon Mcdouble, Hot N Spicy, Medium Fries and a Large coke. The girl did tell me my total of my order just to pull up to the window so I did once I got there I handed her a $100 bill I think it was $7-$6 with 19 cents. I drive up and I wanted to double check with my order but notice did not receive a receipt of my order so I ask the girl who was handing me my order. And also noticed she gave me the wrong order and she took it back and asked me who was taking my order and she wanted details of the person, she asked me what did she look like did she have color eyes? Or how was her hair?. Isn't know your the one that works here she should know who was at the other window. Well she asked me how much was my total of my order and I told her I don't know because she did not tell me or give me a receipt. So she asked was I order and I told her. And then she asked me how much did I get back and I told her as I counted it in front of her. Well she come back and tell me that they did not put in my ORDER...... Excuse me......You didn't put my order in but she can charge me and you can hand me another person order and not give me a receipt......and still wait another 6min. This is the reason why I come Tru the drive thru cuz it's supposed to be a lil faster. Well I finally get my order and I would have thought they would reimburse me or give me something free for there trouble but nope. Well I get home and open my bag and STILL NO RECEIPT. And my Hot N Spicy had orange cheese in it. Eww it did not tasted good. They need to retrain there employees and pay attention......Not very happy with my order Unhappy McDonald's I should...

Let me take my time and share my experience. I went into this McDonalds to place an order for a simple Mango Slushy. First I stood at the counter where you place an order with an individual after standing for five minutes I assumed that counter was closed. So I placed my order at the kiosk. After I placed my order I stood at the pick up counter for five minutes and someone came up to me and asked me what did I order and I told her a slushy and she said okay it’s coming and walked away. I waited another ten minutes. And a customer walked up to the counter to order and immediately the young lady that asked me what I ordered was there in a snap to take his order. And within minutes she was back with his small order. Another customer came and placed an order at the counter and a young man came and took his order I asked his name and he was one of the manager his name was Hunter. He got my slushy and was very apologetic that I ended up waiting twenty minutes for a slushy and the person that kept passing me was also a manager. I waited in silence. I did not complaint, I did not fuss I gave her ample opportunity to do the right thing. She chose for her own personal reason to skip me. When Hunter asked her about my slushy she said slushy up and laughed. If she have a problem serving everyone maybe she should find another place of employment. It’s time out for those games. McDonalds...

I waited in a 10minute line around 10:40pm, Juan took my order I used my rewards, i came to the window and my rewards were not added so i had the cashier use the 20% off if you buy $5 or more. Manager Juan seemed really annoyed well helping out the cashier who was super nice, then I go to hand the cashier my card he Looks at the manager Juan and Juan says it’s cash only tell her. He told I asked to speak to Juan directly (since juan is who too my order) I informed him that my total is only $6.48 I only have $2 cash and he should have informed me it was CASH ONLY, when he took my order. I told him i just wasted my GAS and time, how are we going to resolve this issue. He stated sorry we’re only taking cash! Poor customer service if i was a manager i would have said let me complimentary the meal (2 chicken sandwiches, A strawberry McFlurry and a ice cream cone in a cup) since i didn’t inform you it was cash only at the window.

I asked for the number to their mcdonald and store number so I could make a formal complaint, he gave me a (602) 931 number a different number that’s on google.

My gas probably costed me more than the whole damn meal i was supposed to get and the manager Juan didn’t take that into consideration! I will never go to this location again at night again. i’ve been there before and never...
