Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendale

I will NEVER go to this location again, They are always soooo slow in the morning and orders are never right!

1st bad experience 4 cars in front of me 15 mins in line.

2nd bad experience - 10 mins in line already I ordered a flavored iced tea with lemonade. They didn't have the flavor out so they had to get it from the back. They asked me to park up front and they will bring me my drink. After 10 mins waiting i walked in side and waited another 5 mins for my tea. Got in my car and left because i was now running late and there was no lemonade in my tea.

3rd- ordered a iced mocha with almond milk, No whip, and a cheese Danish warmed up. but got a white mocha with whip and a burn Danish.

4th - Gentlemen who took my order was nice but I had to repeat my order 3 times. I pulled up and the lady before me had to send her coffee back. I pull up and my order was wrong. I asked for no whip and there was whip on it. They took it back scraped the whip off. Then as i was driving down the road I go to take a sip and lid was not put back on correctly and split coffee all over my shirt, Thank god it was iced and not hot I'm 8...

One morning, as I was out in the apocalyptic heat of Arizona Spring, braving the wild spange monsters on every corner, I had created a mighty hunger, and a vicious thirst! As I victoriously braved the mammoth ram truck army, billowing villainous black belching smoke, and rear end riding, near miss swerving tactics, I found myself arrived at an oasis! The lords and ladies who trouble themselves for my nourishment, and thirst quenching (with a touch of tnt for those rough mornings!) (No explosives have ever been used in the making of my food/beverages) have truly made a not so mad max out of this guy. If you make it in to this location, please be courteous and leave a tip. They are fast, efficient, make a slammingly delicious cup of joe, in a multitude of flavors, and they do it with a smile. Remember patience and common courtesy goes a long way.

I felt the need to come on here today and write a review based on the experience I had today. While at Starbucks you always expect the drinks to remain the same, which it absolutely did. However the reason I’m writing this isn’t because of the drinks/food, it’s because of the service. Every time I drive through this specific Starbucks it’s always packed, sometimes other customers are irritated and the baristas can get backed up. However these events will never stop the baristas and partners from being super friendly towards everyone. This is my go-to Starbucks simply because of the service and today when I received my drink the cashier had a smile on her face and handed me my cup with a flower sticker on it.
