I wish I could leave a note with less than 1 star. 1 is 1 WAY too many. We reserved a table (I say A table, but apparently 3 tables) for a party of 9 for my sister-in-law’s birthday. First mistake: You should be letting large parties know if you need to seat them separately. No biggie though, normally wouldn’t have cared much.

The service was ATROCIOUS. Our server randomly left, without letting us know she was leaving. We sat, all 9 of us with empty drinks repeatedly. I’d say we went about 15-20m in between server interactions, before we’d even gotten a chance to order food.

Apparently, the server left on manager’s orders to go to another store. So it’s not like she walked out and quit (which is what we all thought happened).

The second server we got was incredibly rude and snarky. Thankfully, she lasted a total of about 1 round of ordering.

Our 3rd server was really nice, but by this point we wanted to leave.

Also, the food is absolute garbage for the price. I’m very accustomed to small portions with a high price tag, but the quality was NOT what you’d expect. The “deluxe” or whatever Charcuterie board came with (no joke) mild cheddar and pepperjack. Seriously? 2 cheeses, cheap cheeses, and I could tell by the texture and flavor it was not small batch/fancy/artisanal whatever you want to call it.

Overall the food was INCREDIBLY overpriced, we sat with empty drinks for LONG stretches of time(15-20m), and the one server was actively rude to boot. Horrible experience and I’ll do my best to make sure myself and literally anyone I know never goes here again.

Felt like a place that’s just fronting as a “nice place” to people who don’t...

I had another incredible experience at my newly favorite wine bar, The Turquoise Wine Cellar and Tasting Room!

The service at The Turquoise Wine Cellar is unparalleled, making every visit feel extra special. The staff's knowledge and passion for wine create an exceptional atmosphere. They go above and beyond to ensure a memorable and enjoyable time.

They even offer live music performances! The ambiance at The Turquoise Wine Cellar is elevated with live music that sets the perfect mood for a memorable evening. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the soothing melodies while savoring your favorite wine.

I can’t say enough about Turquoise Wine Bar! I moved here end of 2024 and was looking for a wine bar close to me (similar to a place I enjoyed in NC). Turquoise hit all the checklist needs and wants! I could talk about the the food & wine but what really makes this place is the SERVICE! Every person I’ve encountered here brings their own style and flair to the already incredibly welcoming atmosphere of the bar.

As a vegetarian and a person who can be particular about my wines, I sometimes feel like I’m being a burden or asking for too much when needing modifications or just enjoying a tasting experience at certain places. NOT HERE!!! I always feel like I matter. I never feel rushed. I always feel welcomed & wanted. And the staff truly enjoys sharing the same passion for wines that I have!!!!

Katie needs a special shout out - she is so pleasant to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu - wine & food options - and she’s just a sweet person! I know when I see her, I’m going to have an incredible time & I feel like she’s genuinely happy to see me, even though I’m one of many customers and members. Thank you Katie for being you!

If you’re looking for a great wine experience in the West Valley, this...

Why is it so *fuzzy? It started with the water… the glasses came out full of lint; we didn’t think anything of it and wiped it off. Then came the beer and cider, also hairy. The wine samples were mind blowing. Literal lint swirling in our glasses. I politely advised the server, to not be a rude customer, and she didn’t even believe me, even though I showed her! You could clearly see balls of lint floating around my glass and she said “I don’t see anything.. Does it affect the taste of the wine?” How would I know if I don’t have a clean comparison? She then avoided our tables and sent a new server while she helped the table next to us and didn’t even offer new glasses. We drank our *fuzzy wine not to be rude, asked for the bills and they took 25 minutes to finish our payment! No discount, no new glasses, no follow-up, no acknowledgement. Trying not to be a rude customer earned us rude service. So disappointed.

Very nice experience. Although they've only been open for about 5 weeks, the overall experience was nice. Wine is sold by the flight or by the glass. It is a bit what you would expect from a wine bar. However, it does have a chill atmosphere. The staff are not pretentious and you do not need to feel self-conscious if you are not a wine connoisseur, they will help you through the process. We also had the fig and chevre flatbread as well as the small charcuterie board and two glasses of wine. My only critique would be that they are not open a bit later on a Friday as they close at 9:00 p.m. It was said that 4:00 p.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m. is the busiest times so prepare to either wait or have an alternate place in mind. That said, I was there at approximately 7:00 and there was plenty of room.

Came for cookie decorating and wine. The tables were Bistro round size tables - perfect for Tappas and wine for two people, but putting 4 people with trays of cookies and a supply basket and drinks for 4, on that size table??? We should have gotten rewards for not having multiple disasters on the tables. Service was a tad slow by the bar staff. And the cookie decorating was cute and a novel idea but the hostess of the event, went around to 'draw' eye lashes and mouths on some of the cookies, naked hands, touching her mouth, then touching the cookies?? I asked her to not touch or draw on mine... The bar itself seemed quaint, fun art on the walls and has an outdoor patio, but all I had was two glasses of their White Sangria, delicious!
