Taco Mich & Bar — Restaurant in Glendale

Wow! I am very disappointed to be writing this review but felt like the Taco Mich people should know how I feel about my first time going. I kept hearing all the rave around my office about how affordable and delicious this place is. I decided after work on a Tuesday to treat myself and my boyfriend to a date night of Mexican food. It seemed a little crowded when we arrived but we placed our order in less than 2 minutes. 45 minutes later I asked where our food was. A very confused looking young girl told us she would go and check. Our number was 61 and they were already calling 62 and 63. 10 minutes later she called 64 then 5 mins after that 61. I told her we had been waiting over an hour and I was very sad because this was our first experience there. I asked if we could maybe get a soda for the ride home since we didn't have anything to drink the whole time we were waiting (we traveled 7 miles just to come here). Then the very confused looking girl said she had to ASK SOMEONE? She went in the back for what seemed like a very long time so I just left. I did not have another hour to wait for an answer or a soda IF they "DECIDED" to...

I dont normally write bad reviews but this place has lost me as a customer...

The food is just ok (I know this may be biased but I definitely can make better food at home...and man do I regret being lazy and not cooking tonight.)

The ladies behind the counter are nice but just aren't meant to work in a fast food place...

Wait times are ridiculously long...I placed my to-go order at 7:05 did not receive it until 7:50...and that's only because I went up to the counter and let them know twice that I was waiting for my order...by the time I did receive my order my food was cold, soggy, and was missing tortillas.

If you do want to get food from this place I suggest you call and order ahead or better yet order from your uber eats app because while I waited there were at least 20 drivers in and out.

It's just a bad experience more than anything...I think they either need to hire more employees or just stop with the online orders because they are just completely overwhelmed and the food and customer service just isn't as great as...

I am in Arizona for 7 months, I live in California excellent mexican food and authentic, Texas 4 years and found a few authentic mexican food and street tacos. I found taco Mich anc each restaurant is different and different prices. I started coming to Taco Mich on 51st/Northern the tacos are a hit & miss, ceviche I will not get again shrimp are not devein but dirty, the tables are not clean often enough, I had to asked them to clean the table, I finally, tried a burrito and I had to bite through the flour to get to the burrito. I order 3 Cabeza, Three Lengua, and three, chicken street tacos, Cabez more fat. I you go to Taco SAMICH on Van Buren. They raise their price and not .95 cents. The TACO SAMICH Van Buren/27th Street, better food and better service really nice staff. All shrimp need to be devein. You must be careful with raw seafood period. I plan to go back to Van Buren or Thomas 16th Ave their food is good and nice staff. The meat at all of them can br pretty greasy, especially...
